This paper summarized and evaluated the training contents,training methods and means,the organization and control of the training plan,the arrangement of the rhythm of the training cycle,the change of training load intensity and the recovery of precompetition body function of Yang Zhe,an outstanding weightlifter of our country,in preparation for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.and the pertinence and effectiveness of pre-competition training were analyzed and discussed in combination with the sports performance in the course of the competition and the results of the competition.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward in view of some shortcomings.It provides true and effective training data for Yang Zhe's pre-competition training in the future,and also provides reference for the guidance of pre-competition training of Chinese men's weightlifting.Through the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,observation and so on,this paper makes a deep research on the training arrangement of Yang Zhe before the contest.The conclusions are as follows:1.Yang Zhe's pre-competition training arrangements for the 2016 Rio Olympics are reasonable,systematic,rigorous and basically successful,thus making Yang Zhe in the Olympic Games in the competitive state and competitive level of the peak.2.Yang Zhe reflected the development trend of modern weightlifting training "fast rhythm,high intensity,short cycle" in the whole pre-competition training process of preparing for the Rio Olympic Games.The load of sports training was based on intensity,and the training rhythm changed rapidly.The rhythm of the basic training period is "two big and one small," that is,two large weeks,one recovery adjustment week.3.In the pre-match training of preparing for the Rio Olympics,Yang Zhe has achieved the goal of promoting the recovery of body fatigue and preventing injury and disease by using various training measures,especially by resuming stretching training and persevering.4.Yang Zhe paid attention to the grasp of the training rhythm in the precompetition training arrangements for the Rio Olympic Games.According to the characteristics of the Olympic Games,he increased the training courses,made an article on the training intensity,made bold breakthroughs,and dared to innovate;The training cycle and stage training plan before Rio 2016 Olympic Games are designed scientifically and reasonably.
