From the current research of our country,more and more scholars will focus on the study of China's current top two men hurdler Su Bingtian and Zhang Peimeng,and for some excellent performance due to athletes youth,can improve the effectiveness of the training,cannot fully model under the situation timely to the existing problems in the present training in adjustment,which can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of follow-up training,for this the development of China's men's 100 meters project is the most important.Therefore,the purpose of this study is through the research on the training situation of Chinese elite young men's 100 meters athletes Yang Yang year,find out the existing in the annual training,annual training,annual training and annual training load problems and deficiencies,combined with the theory and research from the perspective of the science of sports training,further in the perspective of scientific research detailed analysis of the above problems and shortcomings,and with some professional coaches and the views of experts and scholars,further put forward the optimization scheme of the fighter of the year training mode and means,aims to make related personnel training,scientific research workers,coaches on the annual training schedule and content form more understanding understand and clear,so as to provide a theoretical reference for literature,expert interviews,field observation,case study and logical analysis of annual training situation of Chinese young men's 100 meters athletes Yang Yang studied,draw the following conclusions:(1)Yang Yang's annual training plan is formulated in accordance with the specific task of the year and the competitive state of the athlete.(2)Yang Yang's annual training plan is divided into three stages of training,respectively,during the winter training camp before the training stage and the stage.The training tasks of the three training stages have different emphases,and the arrangement of each stage is arranged in the form of alternating load.(3)Yang Yang in the winter training stage mainly in the development of speed endurance and strength,focus on the development of special course keeping ability and the body size of muscle strength level.In the load arrangement is more inclined to a large amount of training,and in the specific implementation in accordance with longer.And put forward the following suggestions:(1)In the implementation of annual training plan,to physiological and biochemical indexes of athletes and the training result of real-time monitoring,and real-time according to the training effect of athletes body state adjust training program.(2)Different training stages to set up different training tasks,but also need to achieve the balance between different training content.(3)In the training process,the training load should be set reasonably,as far as possible the different intensity training staggered,to avoid the sudden increase in the intensity of the load caused by the negative impact of the body.(4)To improve the physical quality and special technology,will focus on the recovery of the athlete's body and
