In 2005,Shenyang Institute of physical education opened a special yoga course,which became the first higher physical education institution in China to offer a special yoga course,aiming at training Yoga professionals needed by the society.Yoga in China's colleges and universities mostly take the form of elective courses,few colleges and universities set up yoga as a special course,the course development is still in the exploration stage,lack of reference experience.At present,the primary problem that needs to be solved urgently is to cultivate Yoga professionals,improve the quality of personnel training,and improve the curriculum system of Yoga special courses.This research adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,and takes the teaching feedback after graduation of Yoga specialty of Shenyang Institute of physical education as the starting point to explore the social demand of Yoga specialty talents,analyzes the contradiction between yoga specialty courses and social demand of Shenyang Institute of physical education from multiple dimensions,and takes the social demand as the guide to yoga specialty This course is optimized to establish a special course content system in line with the needs of social development,so as to improve the scientificity and rationality of Yoga special course,so that students can better go to their posts after receiving special course learning,meet social needs,and promote the opening and development of Yoga special course in Colleges and universities in China.The results show that:1.Graduates are mainly engaged in yoga coaching,and a certain proportion of them are engaged in careers unrelated to yoga.2.According to the needs of the society,the problems of yoga courses in Shenyang Institute of physical education are as follows:The teaching objective is not clear enough,which is oriented to yoga coaches,focusing on the teaching of Yoga technical ability,ignoring the cultivation of comprehensive ability;in the teaching content,there is little teaching of theoretical knowledge,and part of the teaching content is not practical;the teaching method ismainly traditional teaching method,lack of targeted teaching;lack of unified and representative teaching materials,the current teaching materials are not used frequently;obvious There are a lot of sexual indicators in the assessment,ignoring the assessment of hidden indicators.The assessment does not take into account the differences,and the assessment method is relatively simple;there is a lack of professional school space,and teaching aids are not diversified;the proportion of male and female teachers in the teacher team is seriously out of balance,and there is a lack of young teachers and fresh elements,so the opportunities for re education and exchange learning need to be improved.The optimization suggestions are as follows:1.Adjust the teaching goal and train the compound talents.Adjust the training objectives according to the social needs,pay attention to the overall development of students,so that students can be competent for other positions except Yoga coach,and adjust the phased objectives in real time.2.Optimize the teaching content and pay attention to the practicality of the content.According to the needs of the society and students,remove the non practical content,add some practical content to reflect the practicality and professionalism of the teaching content.3.Simultaneous teaching of various teaching methods.Combined with the needs of teaching and classroom situation,flexible use of a variety of teaching methods,pay attention to multimedia teaching.4.Standardize teaching materials and pay attention to the utilization rate of teaching materials.We will intensify the research on the professionalism of teaching materials,revise systematic,comprehensive and representative teaching materials,and improve the theoretical support for teaching activities.5.Improve the assessment and evaluation system,and adopt a variety of assessment and evaluation methods.Different assessment methods are adopted for different levels of groups to provide students with practice opportunities,improve students' practical ability and social adaptability,and evaluate comprehensively as much as possible.6.Optimize the site environment and increase multiple teaching aids.Increase financial support,improve the site environment,improve teaching facilities,do a good job in security,and promote the long-term development of yoga.7.We will strengthen the re education of teachers and the introduction of talents.Balance the proportion of male and Female Yoga teachers,increase the opportunities for yoga teachers to further study,and build a first-class yoga teaching team.
