With the change of people's lifestyle and the increase of high-calorie food intake,the physical health of children and adolescents in our country has been declining for many years.The problem of children's physical fitness has attracted great attention of the party and the country.Therefore,how to implement effective intervention in children's key growth period has also become the research focus of many scholars.With the promulgation of relevant policies on "campus football" at the national level,the development of soccer games in kindergartens has achieved certain exploration results in many cities.In this study,60 children aged 5-6 years old from Xian Wen Zhuang Kindergarten in Jinan High-tech Zone were selected as the research objects(30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group).Through 12 weeks of experimental intervention in football teaching,the effects of football on children's physical health were compared and analyzed,the methods of physical health promotion and training for children aged 5-6 years old were optimized,the children's physical fitness and movement development level were improved,and the foundation was laid for better development of football in kindergartens.Objective: To explore the influence of football on the development of physical fitness level of children aged 5-6 years old,to subdivide and professionalize the sports items of children,to seek reasonable and effective curriculum programs for learning sports skills,and to provide some references for promoting the healthy development of physical fitness of children.Methods: Using the methods of literature,expert interviews and experimental tests,60 children aged 5-6 years old in Xian Wen Zhuang Kindergarten in Jinan High-tech Zone were given 12 weeks of football teaching experimental intervention.The experimental group adopted the football design program course as the teaching content,while the control group adopted the kindergarten semester teaching plan as the classroom learning content.Through the national physical health test standard(infant part)issued in 2003 and the American physical fitness test standard,Body shape indexes(height and weight)and body quality indexes(10-meter turn-back run,standing long jump,overhanging curved arm,double-foot continuous jump,sitting forward flexion and standing on one foot)were selected for measurement.Results:1.Through 12 weeks of experimental intervention training,the children in the experimental group have significantly improved in the three quality indexes of10-meter turn-back run,curved arm suspension and standing on one foot;There is no obvious change in the index of forward flexion of sitting body,and there is a downward trend with the increase of age.In the two indexes of standing long jump and double-foot continuous jump,the experimental group and the control group have obviously improved,but the difference is not big.2.Through 12 weeks of experimental intervention training,the influence of upper limb strength on football was studied.In the course design,the course teaching combining upper limb strength with football games was emphasized.The cantilever suspension test index was selected to better reflect the strength of children's upper limb strength.It was found that the strength of upper limb muscle strength is more conducive to maintaining the balance of the body,and the technique and tactics can be effectively played.3.Through 12 weeks of experimental intervention training,the index tests of the experimental group and the control group have a synchronous growth trend,especially the standing long jump and double-foot continuous jump.It can be seen that the kindergarten has more training in lower limb strength in daily curriculum activities.Although the daily training objectives have been completed,the effectiveness of physical health is one-sided.Conclusion: The football intervention program implemented in this study can effectively promote the physical fitness development level of children aged 5-6 years old,especially the effect on sensitivity and balance is significant.It can be seen that in football games,children should be more guided to participate in the organization and design of activities,to guide children to explore and think,to develop children's imagination,to change children from "passive" to "active",to fully mobilize their enthusiasm,to reflect the effectiveness and fun of exercise.Therefore,the development of children's physical health should not be limited to general teachingmethods,but should be based on the critical period of age and skill development to form a teaching philosophy that teaches children in accordance with their aptitude so as to enhance children's physical health.Suggestions: Kindergarten workers should pay enough attention to the physical fitness of children aged 5-6 years old,and it is especially important to do long-term follow-up and monitoring,pay attention to relevant scientific theoretical knowledge,reasonably consider upper and lower limb strength training,flexibility and sensitivity,and carry out effective intervention training,so that children's physical health can be fully developed.
