The Action Research On The Promotion Strategy Of Mixed-age Movement-play In Kindergarten

Based on the background of the state's policy that one couple can have two children,the number of the families with second children is increasing,and children's sports ability is deficient.So Children's social development becomes an urgent problem.Mixed-age movement-play breaks the age group,expand the scope of making friends,promote the development of movement and sociality.The study adopts Action Research to explore the promotion stage and strategies of Mixed-age movement-play,with Literature,Interview,Questionnaire,Observation,takes XK Kindergarten,which is famous of “Sunshine-Sports” as field,takes Mixed-age movement-play as object.Conclusion:1)According to children's sociality and movement development,the Action Research has experienced four phrases of Beginning,Exploration,Break-in,Development.2)Each stage has characteristics,problems and needs different strategies.During the Beginning period,through creating family atmosphere and implementing Intermittent Mixed-age and hierarchical familiarity with rules to enrich children's play experience.During the Exploration period,through focusing on the interaction of Mixed-age and building a hierarchical environment to guide children to explore actively.During the Break-in period,through inducing peer consultation of different ages and setting goals at different levels to encourage children to solve problems independently.During the Development period,let the children with strong ability lead the weak ability and team motivation to expand children's play experience.3)After action implementation,children's physical quality is enhanced,their movements are more sensitive and coordinated.Children's social development is better and their communication ability is improved.Teachers' concept changes and their ability of guidance is improved.The reflective ability and research ability of researchers are improved.
