With the development of society and the deepening of education reform,the current society's quality requirements for primary and secondary school teachers are gradually increasing,and the training quality of teacher students as an important guarantee for the quality of teachers in the future is also receiving more and more attention and attention from the society.The evaluation of the teaching practice ability of normal school students is an important content of the training quality supervision of normal school students,and it is also an important reference point for normal schools to improve and improve the training work of normal school students.The emergence and establishment of a smart platform based on big data provides a new way for the evaluation of teaching practice ability of normal students.A large number of teacher training data and text materials of teacher students during practical internships are collected and accumulated in the smart platform.These data and texts can provide more information on teacher teaching ability development and teaching practice activities in colleges and universities.It provides a reference for the effective evaluation of the teaching practice ability of normal school students,and at the same time provides suggestions for more effective and reasonable training of normal university students and the arrangement and supervision of teaching practice activities.Based on this,this study uses the Zhejiang Teachers' Wisdom Teacher Education Platform to evaluate the teaching practice ability of senior students in a normal college.Through the literature research method,quantitative analysis method,survey research method and work analysis method to evaluate the teaching practice ability of normalstudents.The research is mainly carried out from two aspects:Firstly,from the perspective of data evaluation,the impact of the training course of normal students on the teaching practice ability of normal students is explored.Through the correlation between the grades of analysts' students and the results of internships,the influence of the training of analysts' courses before internship on teachers' teaching practice ability.Secondly,from the perspective of text analysis,explore the impact of practical guidance on teachers' teaching practice ability.Through a textual analysis of the comments of the instructor instructors,the development status of the teaching practice ability of the normal students is explored,and a more in-depth analysis and qualitative analysis of the internship results of the normal students and the development level of the teaching practice ability represented by the normal students.Based on the above analysis process,this study mainly draws the following conclusions: In the training of normal students,the influence of normal students' pedagogy knowledge level on teaching practice ability is lower than that of professional knowledge level on teaching practice ability.The analysis of its reasons is mainly in two aspects.First,normal students cannot correctly understand and apply pedagogical knowledge during the internship process.Secondly,some pedagogy courses have insufficient settings and arrangements,which cannot effectively provide guidance for teachers' teaching practice.In the teaching internship link,analyze the comments of the instructor,divide the teaching practice ability of the normal students into three levels: excellent,medium and poor,and re-classify the evaluation results of the normal students 'internship at each level.Analyze the problems existing in the teaching practice ability of normal students at different levels.In this study,by combing the above analysis content,it proposes four aspects of improvement suggestions for teacher training courses and teaching practice: First,adjust the curriculum plan and optimize the teacher education curriculum system;Second,improve teaching methods and optimize the implementation of teacher education courses;Third,strengthen the ability training for normal students at different levels,and improvethe assessment mechanism;Fourth,based on the development needs of normal students at different levels,strengthen the internship guidance link.
