With the rapid development of information technology,more and more technology applied in the teaching of information technology,how to play a greater effectiveness become the people's expectations,instructional design ability and information technology can play depends on teachers,students as teachers training springhead of instructional design ability,will be transformed into a normal students the main premise of teachers' role.The comprehensive use of normal students through information technology training platform aims at cultivating students' application ability of information technology,this paper developed the ideal dongshigu training platform as the research object,the main functions include: teacher,teacher lesson forum and Resource Center three modules.The purpose of this study is to fully understand the present situation of application platform and training situation,analyzing the ability of information instructional design standards,understand the training platform for its support,so as to study the optimization of the training platform.First of all,on the basis of normal students,instructional design ability,the thesis clarifies the concepts,and the analysis of the constructivist learning theory,humanistic theory,the basic theory of teaching design and training platform.Secondly,according to the "standard of teacher's information technology ability of primary and secondary schools(Trial)","primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability training curriculum standard" and the international standards of educational technology and other related provisions,analysis of instructional design ability of students,establish normal students' competency of Information Instructional Design dimensions.Again,using the survey method,selects the normal students in Northeast Normal University application training platform,present situation of instructional design ability to carry on the investigation,through the collation and analysis of data,concluded that normal college students through the platform after learning,the deficiencies of master of instructional design ability,and finally in the three module,teacher teacher forum the lesson and resource center,optimize the platform,instructional design ability and the cultivation of students.Based on the research,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)including instructional design ability of students: learning teaching goal design,characteristic analysis,analysis,teaching environment and resources reorganization of teaching content,learning process and evaluation of the six dimensions of learning.(2)training platform to teachers lecture,teacher lesson and resource center module is optimized,the specific content: teacher forum theme module fine,teacher lesson module case design refinement and increase resource training module.(3)the design ability of information teaching of normal students training platform should have: refinement from experts and scholars on the related teaching theory to explain the theme;there should be a fine design case for whole class and reflect the characters of educational informatization teaching segments;teaching resources should have practice module.
