With the era background of “Internet plus”,micro-lecture has been created and it gains more and more attentions from the top teachers.The application of mircolectures to the classroom teaching can not only improve students' abilities in various aspects,but also help reduce the teaching burdens of teachers.But up to now,there are few practical researches on the teaching design of micro course of geography and the its application in the junior geography teaching.By means of documentary analysis,questionare survey and case analysis,the paper selects three schools of different levels as the researching targets and investigates the present situation of the teaching design of geography micro course.According to the results,the author combines with the teaching program,curriculum standards and students' learning situation,carries out the teaching process of a specific knowledge point in junior geography subject and produces a correspondent geography micro-lecture,which is applied to the geography clasroom teaching.Based on the reseach of mirco lecture,the paper finally puts forward some thoughts towards the teaching design and application of the micro-lecture.The main contents of this paper are listed as follows:1.Introduction and Definiton: The thesis analyzes the background and significance of this paper,together with the present status at home and abroad and method of the research as well as the innovation part in the paper.And than Through related literatures,the paper illustrates the definiton,characteristics and types of micro-lecture,which provides the theoretical basis for the later parts.2.The analysis of the present situation of teaching design for the micro geography class: Through the questionare survey to the teachers from three schools of different levels,the paper analyzes the present situation of the micro-lecture in the geography teaching process and its causes.In view of these existing problems and the feasibility analysis of the application of the micro-lecture in the junior middle school geography class,through the interview with the students,to understand the needs of the students,to determine the geography micro course design topics,teaching methods and micro class form,With the combination of relevant theories of teaching design as well as the teaching materials published by China Map Publishing House and learning situation of students in grade seven,the paper chooses the knowledge point “alternation of day and night” in the teaching material of grade seven,in version of China Book Publishing House and designs the teaching process for the topic.3.The teaching design of micro-lecture: The analysis of the application of micro class “The alternation of day and night” to the junior geography teaching: Through the production and implementation of the micro teaching design,the paper concludes that the application of micro-lectures with elaborate design can get better teaching effects in improving students' academic achievement,learning efficiency and learning interests to some extent.Meanwhile,it can be of great help to teachers,too.4.Several thoughts about the micro-lecture of geography and its applicaton to the junior geography teaching: Based on the previous analyses,the paper puts forward the thoughts on the design and application of the micro class of geography.The fifth part of this paper summarizes the research results and shortcomings of this study,in order to provide some reference and reference for other city junior high school geography classroom application.
