This research stems from the practical needs of women 's research and teacher 's career research.From the perspective of gender,the research on the gender impact of full-time female teachers 'careers in colleges and universities based on grounded theory is conducive to filling women 's experience into the research of college teachers' development theory,provide theoretical comparison from the perspective of gender,and establish self-confidence,sense of responsibility and academic view of female teachers in colleges and universities.The theoretical basis of this study is gender theory and rooted theory.Based on the construction of rooted theory paradigm,the in-depth interview method was used to obtain relevant information and interview materials from seven full-time teachers in colleges.Coding,to explore the impact of gender on the career of full-time female teachers in colleges and universities,and to explore the gender impact of the career of full-time female teachers in colleges from the aspects of gender structure,job title structure,age structure,academic structure,and graduate tutor structure.The conclusion is summarized from the aspects of influence path,influence dimension and influence effect.The influence path of gender on the individual career of full-time female teachers in colleges and universities is shown as: personal physiological gender,professional quality and gender awareness;family resource support;efficient system and environment;national policies and regulations;gender culture.The dimension of gender's influence on the professional career of full-time female teachers in colleges and universities is reflected in eight aspects: gender affects teachers 'academic qualifications,social practical experience and academic pursuit;gender affects teachers' career,family,social,moral and gender aspects Awareness;gender affects teachers 'physiological differences and fertility pressures;gender affects teachers' career development space under the college management system;gender influences teachers 'adaptation and evaluation of the professional environment;gender causes gender discrimination and care and other social phenomena;Gender influences the promulgation and implementation of the retirement age policy;gender builds gender roles,impressions and identities.The dimension of the impact of gender on the career of full-time female teachers in colleges and universities is reflected in the following aspects: the gender structure tends to be balanced between men and women;the title structure and thestructure of graduate tutors both exhibit the "pyramid" effect of academic high-level;the age structure presents the "young" of women The trend of "conversion" and the rise of the ranks of young female teachers;the academic structure breaks the "primarily undergraduate degree" situation and forms a situation with a master's degree.The impact effect mainly refers to the cumulative effect of gender disadvantages in colleges and universities.
