| In recent years,the state attaches more and more importance to the construction of teachers.Improving the overall quality of teachers plays an irreplaceable role in the development of education.Teacher knowledge sharing mainly refers to the communication and sharing of knowledge between teachers and teachers through various channels and ways such as dictation and electronic devices,which plays an important role in the exchange of teaching experience,improvement of teaching skills and teaching innovation between teachers.Collective lesson preparation is a common way for teachers to share knowledge,which can provide a platform for teachers to share knowledge.In order to understand the situation of knowledge sharing in collective lesson preparation of primary school Chinese teachers,this study investigated and studied the situation of knowledge sharing in collective lesson preparation of F primary school Chinese subject group in A city by means of questionnaire survey and interview.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,this study investigated and studied the knowledge sharing in collective lesson preparation of Chinese subject group of F primary school in A City.The results show that:first,F primary school in A city has A relatively single content in terms of knowledge sharing content and form,lacking theoretical reflection,and form is more important than content.Second,there are fewer opportunities for knowledge sharing in collective lesson preparation in F primary school in CITY A,which is embodied in fewer times of collective lesson preparation,shorter duration of collective lesson preparation and unbalanced opportunities for knowledge sharing.Third,there is a lack of knowledge sharing awareness,and the overall willingness of knowledge sharing is low.Specifically,some old teachers are unwilling to carry out knowledge sharing,and some teachers have low willingness of knowledge sharing.Fourthly,novice teachers and teachers with low educational background lack knowledge sharing ability.According to the attribution finding,the main reasons for the problems of knowledge sharing in collective lesson preparation of teachers in Chinese subject group of F primary school in A city are:the excessively utilitarian teaching of teachers,the lack of scientific management of collective lesson preparation,the lack of teachers’ own experience and theoretical background,and the influence of teachers’ career development motivation.For A city F primary school language discipline problems of knowledge sharing in group collective lesson preparation,can help teachers to set up correct concept of knowledge sharing,enhance the scientific nature of the collective lesson preparation,improve teachers’theoretical level and sharing ability,cultivating teachers’ professional development guide,long-term dynamic aspects promote the teachers to promote the knowledge sharing efficiency,optimization and innovation teaching skills.The results of this study present in detail the basic situation of knowledge sharing opportunities in collective lesson preparation of F primary school in CITY A,and provide solutions and theoretical reference for possible problems of knowledge sharing among teachers. |
