| Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sensory integr-ation training on sensory-integration ability and basic motor skills(FMS)in children aged 5-6 years, and to explore the training effect of new training on sensory-integration disorder(SID)in children. In order to promote the development of children’s movement to provide a more accurate training to provide a theoretical basis. Methods:In this study,61 children aged 5-6 years old were selected as the research objects in a children’s physical fitness gym and a kindergarten in Yuhua District of Changsha City,Hunan Province. The training intervention group was divided into normal training group(group NT,15 persons)and disordered sensory system training group(group ST,15 persons). The control group was divided into normal control group(group N,16 persons)and disordered sensory system control group(group S,15 persons). The intervention period of group NT was 8 weeks,3 times A week, and each training time was 40 minutes. The intervention period of group ST was 8 weeks,3 times a week, with 35 minutes of training,Group N and Group S were given regular sunshine sports activities.Normal control group and sensory integration disorder control group did not intervene.Sensory integration ability was evaluated using the《Sensory Integration Development Rating Scale》.Basic motor skills were assessed using the Gross Motor Movement Test Second Edition(TGMD-2).The differences of sensory integration ability and basic motor skills in different groups before and after intervention were analyzed and compared.Results:(1)In this study, the rate of 5-6 year old children with dysregulation was 39%,and the children with dysregulation were manifested as vestibular imbalance, ontosensory dysregulation, inadequate or excessive tactile defense, and low concentration efficiency.Baseline values of sensory integration ability were not significant(P>0.05),and there were significant differences in FMS among different groups(P<0.01),the base line values of FMS in NT and N groups,ST and T groups were not significant(P>0.05).(2)After 8 weeks, the improvement rate of ST group was 40%higher than that of S group, and the vestibular balance and proprioceptive ability of ST group were significantly different(P<0.05),the difference of tactile defense ability was particularly significant(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in learning ability(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in group S(P>0.05).(3)After 8 weeks,Improvement in FMS was observed in the ST group>NT group>N group>S group,There were no significant differences between S group and NT group in stride jump, sideslip step, hands catching the ball and feet kicking the fixed ball(P>0.05),there were significant differences in running, sliding forward and throwing from the shoulder(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in other motor indexes(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in sideslip step and two-handed catch in ST group(P>0.05),there was a significant difference in running, spot racket and underhand bobball(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in other movements(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between N group and S group(P>0.05).(4)After 8 weeks, the total scores of movement skills, object control skills and FMS were significantly different between NT and ST groups(P<0.01),there was no significant difference between N group and S group(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)8 weeks of sensory integration training can significantly improve the sensory integration ability of 5-6 years old sensory integration dysfunction children, and improve vestibular balance, proprioception and tactile defense ability.(2)8 weeks of Sensory integration training can effectively improve the FMS of 5-6 years old children, especially for children with sensory dysfunction.(3)8 weeks of Sentimental integration training can improve 5-6 children’s skills of running, sliding forward and beating the ball in place, but for ordinary children,it can also improve the skills of jumping on one foot and throwing the ball on the shoulder, while for Sid children,it focuses on improving the skills of stepping jump and hand bobbing. |
