| With the rapid development of our country,the competition in the workplace has become increasingly fierce.As a result,many employers abuse their dominant position,and directly or indirectly force employees to work overtime in order not to be eliminated.As a result,overtime behavior has become the norm in many industries.Due to the relatively few studies on overtime work behavior,the causes and effects of overtime work behavior have not been fully recognized from the individual level to the enterprise level,and the one-sided analysis of overtime work behavior is attributed to struggle and diligence.Therefore,the problems caused by overtime work cannot be paid attention to and solved.This research takes overtime work as the research core to explore the influence of work overload to overtime work,the relationship between overtime work and work-family conflict,and the relationship between overtime work and emotional exhaustion.However,procrastination,which is very common in the workplace,is generally troubling employees.This paper introduces the variable of procrastination behavior to explore its mechanism of action between overtime work and work-family conflict and emotional exhaustion.In this research,a questionnaire survey was conducted,with 159 medical personnel as the survey object,and 150 valid questionnaires were obtained.SPSS was used as the statistical software for statistical analysis of effective data,and nine hypotheses were tested,and the following conclusions were drawn.Work overload positively affects work-family conflict and emotional exhaustion;work overload can lead to overtime work,and it is positive between the two.There is a significant positive correlation between overtime work and work-family conflict.It is a significant positive correlation between overtime work and emotional exhaustion.There is a mediating role between work overload and work-family conflict;There is a mediating role between work overload and emotional exhaustion.Procrastination plays a moderating role in the relationship between overtime work and work-family conflict,and procrastination can reduce the positive relationship between them.And work procrastination cannot moderate the relationship between overtime work and emotional exhaustion.This research complements the research on overtime work and discusses the relationship between its related variables.It also provides a reference for enterprises and individuals to view the overtime issue,and has important guiding significance for enterprises to make reasonable policies and employees to treat work and life correctly. |
