Work and family are the two most important categories of life for many people.In the cultural inheritance of the Chinese nation for thousands of years,the two are indispensable.Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,the quickening of the pace of life and the change of social concept,it seems that it is becoming more and more difficult for people to achieve the coordination and balance between work and family,and they have to weigh,compromise and sacrifice between work and family once and again.Therefore,how to help people deal with the contradiction between work and family has become a topic before many scholars.At present,the bank employees have become a huge professional group,but the research on the working family relationship of the employees of the banks is very rare.Only a few studies have been investigated,and these discussions only pay attention to the working family relations and work performance and organizational commitment of the employees of the banks.There is no investigation of the impact of family conflict on the work of bank employees,nor has there been any measures to improve the existing situation.Therefore,there is still room for further discussion on this issue.In 2006,China announced the liberalization of foreign banks' restrictions.The domestic banking industry has since come to a new upgrading period of challenges and opportunities.The monopoly position of the state-owned commercial banks has been gradually broken through,and the joint competition between the joint-stock commercial banks,the city commercial banks,the foreign banks and the state-owned commercial banks is gradually formed.As a knowledge intensive industry,in the fierce market competition,the value created by human resources and human resources has been paid more and more attention by the bank management.This article takes the X bank employees as the research object,taking the family working relationship as the starting point,focusing on the status of the family work contradiction,the influencing factors and the process of action,and puts forward some relevant suggestions on the detailed problems.The thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,focuses on the research ideas and innovation points of this study.The second chapter is the theoretical study of family work conflict,and introduces the definition and basic theory of family work conflict,including the role impact.The third chapter is the conflict problem of X banking employees' family work,and the analysis of the family work conflict,the form and the influencing factors of the X bank employees and the management staff.The fourth chapter introduces the research method design and the result discussion,and introduces the research.The concept model,the research hypothesis,the measurement index,the questionnaire design,the sample selection,the descriptive statistical analysis and the single factor analysis of variance,have carried out a questionnaire survey on the X banking employees,and tested the impact of the work pressure,social support and job satisfaction on the conflict of the family work.The fifth chapter is the bank.The workers' family work conflict balance and suggestions are made,the effect of different factors on the family work conflict is analyzed,the solution of the problem is discussed,and the reasonable suggestions are given in three aspects of the bank employees,families and banks.The sixth chapter is the main conclusion and policy suggestions,which further sublimate the research conclusions.And upgrading from X bank to the banking industry and even the financial industry,and put forward constructive suggestions and suggestions on the management of human resources in the financial industry.The problem of family work conflicts and countermeasures will make the bankers understand the root of the problem of family work conflict more clearly,find the way to deal with the problem,and find a balance between family and work,so that people can finally realize the good vision of enjoying life and happy work..Solving the conflict of employees' family work will also play a certain role in promoting the development of enterprises and social progress.
