In China’s higher education institutions,enrollment is expanding,and the number of students in various institutions is also growing steadily.Under this background,the canteens of colleges and universities are facing a huge test.The area of the canteen,equipped with equipment,prepared meals and staffing,etc.,will be adjusted and increased with the expansion of the number of colleges and universities.At present,food safety and prices in college canteens are facing unprecedented challenges.The situation of College canteens and the safety of College Students’ food and beverage have become a very sharp and highly concerned issue.College canteen is a place for college students to provide food consumption and services.At present,most college canteens are sold to individual businesses,which need to be licensed.Therefore,the university canteen also belongs to the form of industrial and commercial enterprises.College canteens produce safe,delicious and nutritious food to maintain the normal life and healthy growth of College students,as well as the daily teaching and order of colleges and universities as the premise,and provide guarantee for it,so as to make college students feel at ease to consume.However,with the rapid development of university education in China,the number of students in schools is also increasing rapidly,and most of the students canteens do not even have time to expand.As a result,those smaller canteens have caused some restrictions on the catering quality and environment of College students.In addition,food additives,pesticides and fertilizers in food exceed safety standards,which also threaten the health and safety of College students.It is imperative to actively deal with the health and safety management of University canteens and formulate practical improvement measures.This is of far-reaching significance to ensure the health and safety of University catering and the health of students,and to maintain the stability of campus order.The long-term stability of a country depends on the development of colleges and universities in this country,and the stability of colleges and universities has an inseparable relationship with canteens.Optimizing the dining environment of the canteen,improving the service quality of the canteen in an all-round way,improving the quality and quality of the canteen staff,and creating the cultural environment of the canteen itself are the most important under the current situation.This paper mainly introduces the past and present situation of University catering,and makes a comparison between domestic and foreign catering and satisfaction theory.Taking the canteen of Shanghai Normal University as an example,this paper collects relevant information and data by means of questionnaires,and uses Richter’s "five-point evaluation scale".Based on the total score of each factor in the questionnaire and the scale,this paper explores the impact of each factor on satisfaction.Taking the level of college students as the starting point,this paper summarizes many measurement indicators that have an impact on satisfaction,and classifies them into several main elements.At the same time,the detailed impact process of these factors on satisfaction is clarified.Through scientific and reasonable research and analysis of the canteen of Shanghai Normal University,the defects and deficiencies in the canteen operation are determined,and corresponding measures are taken according to the problems found.By implementing these measures,teachers and students in Colleges and universities can effectively improve their satisfaction with the canteen,and strengthen the effectiveness of canteen work and service.After students have completed a lot of study and homework and teachers have completed a lot of heavy teaching work,they can regard the college canteen as a place to ease their fatigue and relax themselves. |
