After China's social transformation,the traditional social order has disintegrated,but the new social order has not yet formed,which has resulted in the increase of the phenomenon of deviant teenagers.According to the theory of social label,it is the key reason for the problem teenagers to change from primary deviant to habitual deviant.Under the influence of negative labels,the problem teenagers form a wrong self-awareness,which leads them to go further and further on the deviant road.In this context,the author intends to use the concept,methods and skills of social work,on the basis of cognitive behavior theory and label theory,to provide effective social work service programs for problem youth,in order to enrich the social work experience of cognitive behavior deviation of problem youth,and provide reference for future research.In this study,based on the practice of a youth education and training school in Hunan Province,the author used observation,interview,questionnaire and other survey methods to evaluate the status of self-awareness.It is found that teachers have little guidance on students' self cognition,and students have more or less cognitive bias.Based on the theory of cognitive behavior and labeling,the author takes situational analysis,cognitive reconstruction,imagining the future and consolidating the achievements as the main contents to help the team members analyze their own labels,reconstruct their own cognition,excavate their own advantages to establish their self-confidence to integrate into the society and start a new life.After the end of service,the evaluation of service effect shows that the cognitive bias of group work intervention problem teenagers has better effect.At the same time,this study also draws the following conclusions: first,group work has a better promotion effect on the problem adolescents to re establish a new self-awareness;second,social work provides a new education way for the problem adolescents' self-awareness deviation education;third,the group work with a variety of methods has a better effect.This study provides some scientific suggestions for the growth of problem adolescents: to establish a professional public service team;to build a sound growth environment for adolescents;to establish a social psychological intervention mechanism.
