With the advancement of economic and science,the traditional social structure has changed,the double-employee family has become a common family combination in modern society.In the double-employee family,the time for companionship and parenting is greatly reduced due to work reasons.Under such circumstances,if the double-employee family children are not supervised and guided by their parents in a timely manner,they are prone to be tired of learning and affect children's long-term development.Through the demand survey and evaluation of the double-employee family children in the tuition class,found that they are tired of learning,and have the need to change their learning attitude,enhance the interest in learning,improve the attention,master effective learning methods,improve the learning efficiency,and improve their academic performance.Therefore,based on the theory of cognitive behavior,the article uses the professional methods of group work to explore the involvement of children in the double-employee family.Through the personality development characteristics of double-employee family children and the current situation and reasons of their tiredness,With qualitative research as the main research method,under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory,10 school-age children with the problem of being tired of learning in tuition class were involved in the group work,and through 6 group activities,Start with cognitive remodeling and behavior modification,improve the problem of tiredness of learning,and give full play to the value of social work.Through the group work practice and evaluation,we have the following findings,first of all,the double-employee family children has the need to improve the problem of being tired of learning.Due to the family,child and school reasons,some children in this group do have the demand of correct study attitude,Improve concentration,master correct learning methods,and improve learning efficiency.Secondly,the use of group work methods can effectively improve problem of being tired of learning in double-employee families,the method has certain advantages and scalability.The group work can be targeted for the general needs of this group.Finally,with the guidance of cognitive behavior theory,it can effectively improve the problem of children's tiredness of learning in double-employee families.By using techniques such as relaxation techniques,problem-solving techniques,and reinforcement techniques,cognitive reshaping and behavior modification can help group members to improve the problem of being tired of learning.
