With the large flow of rural population to cities in our country,the labor participation rate of young women is increasing,young double working couples can not balance their work and life well.At present,the market-oriented child-care institutions are poor and the baby-sitter market having so much problem frequently.At this time,the elderly began to participate in the care of grandchildren to relieve the pressure on the lives of these young parents.Intergenerational care has become an important form of family care in our country.Children are an important reserve force for social construction,and the development of their physical and mental health,intelligence and other aspects of ability is very important.Intergenerational-children spend less time with their parents.The children's self-centeredness is more likely to be formed in the form of intergenerational care,which makes the interpersonal skills of intergenerational care children generally inadequate.However,the rural elderly are less educated than the city,and the way of treating children is more unreasonable and unscientific,which makes the interpersonal skills of the rural alternate care children more serious problems.To improve children's interpersonal skills,the author used the opportunity to participate in the "Hsppy-children summer school" project in J counties of S city,and designed six group activity plans with cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory.The aim is to help children to abandon their self-esteem and self-centeredness and to form a correct self-cognition.Make group members master the method of controlling emotion in social,effectively control their emotions and communicate rationally with others.Assist team members to master social skills and exercise social skills through situational simulation.Group members communicate with each other,learn,and gain a deep sense of friendship and belonging.Cooperation among members of the training group spirit and collective consciousness.The activity is carried out in the form of a growth group,and six children who need to improve their ability are selected from the summer school program of "Happy-children" to form a group to help improve children's interpersonal skills through picture book reading,emotional control training,situation simulation and so on.Process assessment and outcome assessment are used to assess team development,team participation and team effectiveness.Through the author's practice,it is found that group activities play a positive role in improving children's interpersonal skills in alternate care,and try to make practical exploration on the social work practice of children's interpersonal skills enhancement.
