Research On The Service Of Graduates Of Normal Schools In Zhejiang Province During The Period Of The Republic Of China

The service system of graduates of normal schools is an important part of the normal education system in the period of the Republic of China,which has been revised several times by the administrative department of education,and gradually become standardized.Zhejiang Province in the period of the Republic of China in the implementation of the normal school graduate service system has gone through the implementation of the starting,adjustment and improvement,the establishment of a charter system three stages,showing the development of the results,from the implementation of central policies to the introduction of local policies,from loose management to strengthen management,from the service of the province to serve the whole country.The study found that in the process of implementation of the graduate service of the normal school in Zhejiang Province,there have been problems such as the failure of the graduates of normal schools to perform the graduation service,the lack of service ability and the poor condition of the graduation service,and for this reason,Zhejiang Province has adopted the coping strategies such as the assignment of graduate service by the Department of Education,the guidance of normal schools to the graduate service,and the improvement of the treatment of the service students by the government,which has achieved some results and played an important role in the development of normal education in Zhejiang Province and the promotion of primary education.Based on the historical experience and lessons of the service of graduates of normal schools in Zhejiang Province during the period of the Republic of China,the current service of graduates of normal schools should strengthen the system construction,ensure the balance between supply and demand,ensure clarity of rights and responsibilities,and improve the treatment of services.
