The advancement of the new round of basic education curriculum reform and practice,the requirements for talents in the new era,and the advent of the "Inte rnet+education" ecosystem pose new challenges to high school ideological and p olitical teachers.In the era of all-media with the rapid popularization of network informationization,high school ideological and political education must fulfill the mission of establishing morality,it must closely follow the pulse of the times and the development opportunities of information technology,and cultivate good onlin e literacy for ideological and political teachers to make In the teaching work,we should grasp the network as a beneficial educational weapon and give full play to its positive value.While improving the effectiveness of ideological and political curriculum teaching,we should correctly guide students' network values and truly achieve moral standing in the Internet age.This article uses the literature retrieval method,comparative research method,and social survey method to analyze the current status of network literacy cultiv ation of high school ideological and political teachers based on problem awareness and empirical attitude,and then explores effective network literacy cultivation str ategies.This article is mainly divided into three parts.The first part mainly elaborated the connotation of high school ideological an d political teachers' network literacy and the necessity of cultivation.First,the co ncept of network literacy is defined,the basic components of network literacy are summarized,and then the network literacy of the teacher group is focused.Final ly,the connotation and characteristics of high school ideological and political teac hers' network literacy are defined.Secondly,the necessity of researching this subj ect is elaborated.Cultivating the network literacy of high school ideological and p olitical teachers is an inevitable choice for optimizing the professional qualities str ucture of political teachers in the new era.It is also a necessary way to innovate the education and teaching activities of political disciplines.The inevitable requir ement of network values.The second part is based on the questionnaire survey and the feedback analy sis of interview records,and presents the current problems in the cultivation of In ternet literacy of high school ideological and political teachers.This is mainly ma nifested in the weak self-improvement of teachers 'network literacy,the weak inte gration of network literacy and teaching activities,and the school's training of tea chers' network literacy in the form.Then,the main factors restricting the cultivati on of Internet literacy of high school ideological and political teachers are analyze d according to the above problems.This is reflected in the absence of teachers's elf-cultivation awareness of network literacy,the failure of the network literacy ed ucation function to be fully exerted,and the difficulty in forming a systematic sy nergy with network literacy cultivation.In the third part,the countermeasures for the cultivation of high school ideol ogical and political teachers' network literacy are constructed in a targeted manner.From the perspective of the teacher's concept,it should be proposed to improve the initiative of self-cultivation of network literacy,from the perspective of teachin g,to strengthen the interaction of teacher and student network literacy cultivation,and from the perspective of social support and guidance,it is necessary to form a systematic system of network literacy cultivation.
