As the state attaches more importance to the development of secondary vocational colleges,the construction of the "double-type" teacher team is becoming more and more important.While vocational skill competition can promote the development of national labor quality and efficiency,vocational skill competition is increasingly seen as a yardstick for testing the ability to train high-skilled personnel.As a secondary vocational school that cultivates the cradle of high-skilled talents,its emphasis on vocational skill competitions cannot be ignored.Therefore,the research on the professional development of “double-type” teachers in secondary vocational schools oriented to vocational skill competitions is of great significance for promoting the “double-type” teachers and cultivating students' skills growth.Taking the professional development of "double-qualified" teachers in Guangdong DX Senior Technical School as an example,this paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire and field interviews to understand that the "double-qualified" teachers in this school have made certain progress in professional ethics,professional knowledge,professional competence and self-professional development consciousness.At the same time,it finds that the school uses professional skill competition.Competition-oriented problems in the professional development of "double-qualified" teachers are mainly as follows: the professional ethics of "double-qualified" teachers are not strong enough,the structure of professional knowledge is not ideal,the professional ability needs to be improved,the consciousness of self-professional development is not high,the vocational skills competition is out of line with the needs of enterprises,and the role of school-enterprise cooperation is not strong.In-depth analysis shows that the system of vocational skills competition is not perfect,the resource structure of "double-qualified" teachers is unreasonable,the incentive mechanism of vocational skills competition is not perfect,the cooperation and exchange between schools and enterprises guided by vocational skills competition is not deep enough and the technical learning is slow,the platform of vocational skills competition is not regarded as a learning organization,and the inadequate initiative of teachers themselves is the root cause of the problem.Finally,aiming at the problems and their causes,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the professional development of "double-qualified" teachers in Vocational Schools Based on vocational skills competition,which include: improving the competition requirements and standards to improve the vocational skills competition system;improving the incentive system of vocational skills competition for the professional development of "double-qualified" teachers;deepening the cooperation and exchange between schools and enterprises under the guidance of vocational skills competition standards;and Technical learning,adjusting the structure of teachers;relying on the platform of vocational skills competition to create a multi-channel learning organization and establish the concept of "lifelong learning";using vocational skills competition to stimulate the initiative of "double-qualified" teachers' professional development;strengthening professional knowledge learning and training professional ability.
