Research On Development Strategy Of W Group

Under the tide of global economic integration and systematization of knowledge and economy,human resourc has become a key factor to promote economic growth and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Human resource service industry is rising rapidly under the influence of the economy as mentioned above and has become a very important status in the modern service industry.However,with the support of policies,high-speed economic development,increasingly fierce competition among peers,and rising operating cost,human resource service enterprises are facing tremendous impacts and unprecedented tests.In this situation,it is very important to formulate effective development strategy for the survival and development of human resource service enterprises.This paper takes W Group as the research object,relying on the relevant theories of strategic management and platform strategy,and using PEST,Five Forces Model,QSPM Matrix and GE Matrix to analyze the macro environment,competitive environment and internal environment faced by W Group.The paper formulates W Group's strategy,including the overall development strategy(including vision mission,thinking target,core competence and business evaluation,etc.),business development strategy(including basic business,strategic business and emerging business),and proposes the implementation path and safeguard measures.Through a series of safeguard measures such as enhancing the corporate image,strengthening product research and development,promoting business collaboration,improving human resource,building a service platform,and implementing dynamic control,this paper aims to make W Group enhance its control capability,capital operation capability,resource integration capability,organization and execution capability,brand promotion capability,and marketing planning capability,with the goal of becoming a "domestic human resource service leader and creating a one-stop human resource service cloud platform".The research results of this paper not only provide constructive ideas for W Group to explore a new round of human resource service industry reform,but also provide reference value for other enterprise-levelservice enterprises to formulate strategies.
