| With Chinese market economy entering the era of knowledge economy,human resource has risen to the important position as the first resource.In the current market economy environment,the human resource service industry,both in the size and quantity of service organizations is showing a growing trend,and the scope of services is also expanding.Now the service of human resource industry in Jinan City has begun to take shape and increasing competitiveness.However,due to the high labor costs,the vicious competition between industries and the development of traditional industry technology reaches a plateau;human resource service industry in Jinan is facing the challenges of high level of uncertainty and change quickly.In order to survive and remain invincible in the tide of the current market economy,go beyond the current economic situation,and achieve the healthy development,the supervision of human resources service industry must be strengthened in Jinan.The government has the great responsibilities as the regulator and promoter of the development of human resource service industry.On the basis of full investigation and research,this paper firstly introduced the basic concept of the development of human resource service industry,related theoretical knowledge and the situation of development both at home and abroad;mainly showed the current situation and characteristics of human resource service industry in Jinan;analyzed the current situation of supervision,the problems,and the causes of them in recent years;pointed out the shortcomings and problems in the supervision of industrial development.Based on the national talent development plan,some regulations and policies have been put forward,and the situation of supervision of human resource service industry in Jinan.The paper discusses how to strengthen the supervision function of the government,promote the development of the industry,and put forward the development countermeasures and suggestions to be taken in the next step,hoping to play a certain role in pushing and promotion.How to guide and standardize the direction of the development of the industry actively,to change the regulatory model under the premise of the adaption of the current situation of economic development,to strengthen the functions of government co-ordination,is the premise to ensure the healthy development of the industry.For the development of the supervision of human resource service industry in Jinan,we suggest that improve the level of professional supervision,create a diversification system of supervision,strengthen the construction of supervision staff,ensure a greater standardization of supervision capacity of human resources service industry,and improve the supervision level of human resources service industry. |
