Since the reform and opening up,China's society and economy show a rapid development trend,with the per capita disposable income and living environment continues to improve,at the same time,all sectors of the college students' physical health is not increasing.Every year,college students will carry out physical health tests.Relevant research shows that the physical health of college students in China has been declining.Since the 21 st century,with the progress and development of global science and technology,mobile phones and the Internet have gradually become the essential personal items in people's daily life.At the same time,the rapid development of the application app installed on these intelligent devices.With the emergence of sports service platform and fitness app,it has many characteristics such as sports knowledge information,data recording,guiding sports exercise communication,etc.Among them,college students are the main part of fitness app users.They learn sports knowledge through fitness app and understand the importance of physical health.The strength and density of the physical exercise plan formulated by fitness app restrict college students to carry out scientific physical exercise,so using fitness app has become an irresistible trend.It is worth studying whether the fitness app can actively promote college students' physical exercise and promote their physical health.This paper uses the methods of literature review,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,logical analysis and test experiment.The results show that: 1.Ever since the birth of the APP in China,it has been developing rapidly,showing many advantages,such as scientific,convenient,economical and social,which is well received by college students and fitness enthusiasts.2.Let college students easily understand that scientific physical exercise is one of the functions of fitness app;urge college students to exercise themselves,learn exercise methods,improve physical skills,make statistics of physical exercise data records,customize scientific exercise plans,socialize with friends,video teaching and so on are the main functions of college students to use fitness app;at the time and frequency of And the intensity of the use of college students are good and reasonable.3.The comparative analysis of the use of fitness app and the non use of fitness app shows that the use of College Students' physical exercise mode is more scientific and the behavior is more positive and superior,which proves that fitness app has a positive impact on College Students' physical exercise behavior and physical health.4.After 15 weeks of fitness app training,under the national standards for students' physical health,the subjects were tested for speed,endurance,explosion and other directions of physical health.Through the experimental intervention method,beforeand after comparison,According to the results,it is concluded that the test scores of college students have improved significantly.Through the comprehensive analysis of the results of all the test items,it can be judged that the fitness APP can effectively improve the fitness level of the university.
