With the rapid development of society,people are under increasing pressure.As a major group that is about to enter the society,college students are under great pressure of study and employment,which leads to the increase of sub-health population among college students.According to the survey,college students account for 10.95%of all sub-health people[1],ranking the first in incidence.In order to make college students have a healthy constitution and integrate into society more quickly,it is urgent to improve the sub-health state of college students,which must arouse our great attention.As an emerging sport,bodybuilding is very popular among college students.Due to the full integration of various disciplines,such as fitness and bodybuilding,sports physiology and sports nutrition,this sport has become more popular.The research on the impact of fitness and bodybuilding exercise on sub-health provides a new idea for promoting the health of college students and promoting the development of fitness and bodybuilding in college campus.In this paper,60 college students with sub-health condition in sichuan normal university were selected as research objects by means of literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.There were 30 people in the experimental group and 30 people in the control group.The control group did not have regular physical exercise for 12 weeks.After the end of the experiment,the influences of sub-health state before and after the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed,and the influences of sub-health state between the experimental group and the control group were analyzed,so as to explore the influences of body-building exercise on the sub-health state of college students.The research results are as follows:1.Experimental group after the 12 week fitness bodybuilding exercise of college students subhealth state of degree and the number has more obvious improvement,including the number of mild sub-health from 15 to 17,moderately reduce the number of sub-health by 8 to 5 people,the number of severe sub-health by 7 reduced to five people,three people out of a state of sub-health.2.In terms of somatic sub-health,after 12 weeks of fitness and fitness exercise in the experimental group,6 physical symptoms of 10 somatic sub-health symptoms,including muscle ache,dyspnea,insomnia,loss of appetite,cold hands and feet,dizziness and dizziness,were significantly improved?P<0.05?,with significant statistical significance.3.In terms of psychological sub-health,after 12 weeks of physical fitness and exercise in the experimental group,the three psychological symptoms including depression,inferiority and helplessness among the eight psychological sub-health symptoms were significantly improved?P<0.05?,with significant statistical significance.4.In terms of sub-health of social relations,after 12 weeks of body-building exercise,the experimental group significantly improved the classmate relationship among the three sub-health relationships of social relations among college students?P<0.01?,and the difference was statistically significant.Friendship was significantly improved,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.After 12 weeks in the control group,there was no change in the number of people with mild sub-health,1 person with moderate sub-health and 1 person with severe sub-health.The effect on college students'physical,psychological and social health was not significant?P?0.05?,and the difference was not statistically significant.
