Research On The Influence Of Social Integration On Entrepreneurship Of Floating Population From The Perspective Of Institutional Environment

Entrepreneurship Entrepreneurship is an indispensable source of impetus to promote social progress and economic development.Factors of China's economic development into the new normal,on the kinetic energy to the innovation of the new historical period,the floating population entrepreneurship can not only alleviate due to the economic slowdown and the employment pressure,can further stimulate innovation behavior,optimize the structure of economic development,improve the competitiveness of the enterprises on the market at home and abroad,to inject new vitality of economic growth.At present,there are many waves of entrepreneurship in China.Entrepreneurship economy provides a potential driving force for China's economic development and is an important part of the national strategy of innovation-driven economic development.In view of this,based on the analysis of the urban system environment and present situation of social integration of the floating population,the situation of entrepreneurship and the basis of relevant theories,analyzes the mechanism of interaction between the three,and using 2014 national family planning dynamic monitoring of the floating population health survey data for empirical test,select the appropriate tool variable analysis of the influence of the social integration of migrant entrepreneurship,and further discusses the adjustment of the institutional environment.The results show that the improvement of life integration,cultural integration and psychological integration will significantly promote the entrepreneurship of floating population in different degrees.After further distinguishing the entrepreneurial types,it is found that the improvement of life integration is more conducive to promoting the subsistence entrepreneurship of floating population,and the improvement of cultural integration and psychological integration is more conducive to promoting the opportunistic entrepreneurship of floating population.After sample regression,it was found that migrants living with their spouses and children were more likely to start businesses.Finally,through the construction of interactive regression,it is found that the enhancement of the degree of local government intervention negatively regulates the promotion effect of social integration on the entrepreneurship of floating population,while the level of informatization positively regulates the promotion effect of social integration on the entrepreneurship of floating population.The policy enlightenment of this paper is toincrease the social security of floating population,reduce the government's intervention in the market,and optimize the entrepreneurial system environment.The main contribution of this paper is as follows: first,the existing literature seldom explores the entrepreneurial behavior of floating population.Compared with the local population,the floating population has more positive entrepreneurial motivation,and the research on its entrepreneurial choice and influencing factors is helpful to enrich the research results in related fields.Second,this paper makes a more detailed division of social integration,and uses appropriate instrumental variables to solve the empirical endogenous problem,which is conducive to further improving the public's understanding of the impact of different types of social integration on the entrepreneurship of floating population.Third,the existing literature mostly adopts the micro data research,this paper uses the micro level data and the macro level data combination method,simultaneously introduces the macro factors of the system environment,systematically discusses the social integration on the floating population entrepreneurship and the regulation of the system environment.Under the background of China's economic structure transformation and upgrading and mass entrepreneurship and innovation,studying the factors influencing the entrepreneurial behavior of the floating population not only helps to form an analytical perspective and framework for entrepreneurs to pursue opportunities across regions,but also provides theoretical reference for entrepreneurial practices and academic support for the government to promote and optimize the entrepreneurial market environment.
