With the advent of the Internet era,the rapid development of mobile Internet technology has brought about a great change in the production and lifestyle of society,and people's work,study and living environments have also undergone great changes.In 2015,Premier Li Keqiang pointed out in the government work report that the "Internet +" action plan was formulated.Today's society has gradually formed the "Internet +" form.Networking has been basically integrated into all aspects of political,economic and cultural life.The education environment is also changing.Once "Internet +" was proposed,along with the change of information technology,the education industry also continued to reform teaching methods and management methods to adapt to the advent of the modernization and information age.Adult higher education is a part of education,especially an important part of the development and development of lifelong education.Of course,it is no exception.At present,the networked teaching and management mode of adult higher education teaching reform in our country has begun to take shape,and adult higher education held by colleges and universities is also gradually implementing network teaching,and has established its own networked teaching management platform.However,while the networked teaching reform of adult higher education has made certain progress,there are still many problems: First,the teaching effect of the "Internet + education" integrated teaching model is not good,mainly reflected in the low utilization rate of students using online teaching platforms;Second,the professional teaching team of network teaching is backward,both the professional teacher team building and the management team failed to keep up with the progress of the network teaching reform in the level of information construction;Third,there are limitations in the construction of online teaching resources.These problems have brought obstacles to the further development of adult higher education teaching reform in the "Internet+" era and the construction of a future "Internet+ education" teaching platform.They also need to be resolved in the teaching reform of the "Internet" era.Therefore,based on the background of the "Internet +" era,this article studies and analyzes the current status of the network construction of adult higher education teaching reform on the basis of lifelong education theory,resource sharing theory,and modern education management theory.Taking the adult higher education organized by X University College of Continuing Education as a case,it studies and analyzes the application and construction of the network teaching management platform in the reform process and the use of the network teaching platform in the teaching process,further clarify the current problems in the implementation of networked teaching reform in adult higher education.And from three aspects of adult higher education teaching reform path thinking suggestions: to improve the quality of adult higher education online teaching,improve the network teaching platform and improve the quality of information management of teaching management personnel.With a view to providing ideas for the further development of adult higher education teaching reform in the "Internet +" era,and providing a foundation for the future construction of the "Internet + education" teaching platform,for the improvement of the quality of adult higher education teaching in the reform process and the social recognition of adult higher education ascension provides help.
