Strengthening the law-related education for young people is a basic project to realize the comprehensive rule of law and promote the process of building a socialist country ruled by law.According to the National Master Plan of Law-related Education,in June 2016,China's Ministry of Education and other three ministries and commissions jointly issued the “Outline of the Law-related Education to Teenagers”,which explicitly proposed“innovating the form and content of law-related education to teenagers,focusing on improving the level of systematization and science,and effectively enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of education.For this reason,based on the talent development strategy of our country and the goal of law-related education,the author chooses the situation simulation teaching method in the field of innovative teaching methods to study,and strives to provide a more effective theoretical basis and method guidance for juvenile rule of law education.The situation simulation teaching method integrates simulation and experience,autonomy and cooperation,migration and creativity.It is an important method for schools to carry out practical activity teaching.The application of the situation simulation teaching method in law-related education not only meets the goals and requirements of “Outline of the Law-related Education to Teenagers”,but also conforms to the physical and psychological characteristics and cognitive development of juveniles.At present,situation simulation teaching has become the main teaching form of thematic law-related education in many primary and secondary schools.However,the investigation shows that the implementation of the activities still has problems such as one-sided guidance,teaching performance,and the application of law-related education assessment.In order to truly implement the situation simulation teaching in law-related education to teenagers,we must promote the construction of the situation simulation teaching system by improving the following four factors,which are specifically shown in the following: designing a rule of law teaching project,setting up a scientific rule of law course,and improving the professionalism of teachers Level,standardize the assessment of the rule of law teaching.In addition,the implementation of situation simulation teaching method in law-related education has its corresponding fixed steps and procedures,which can be roughly divided into three stages: situation creation and preparation,simulation practice and experience,summary evaluation and reflection.Teachers can organize the teaching content in anorderly manner.
