| In the current society,the development and growth of humans can be inseparable from the cooperation with others.Therefore,when facing problems,we need to rely on the cooperation to develop and grow,and better integrate into various environments Currently,the cooperative ability has already become the necessary skill for everyone,while the early childhood is the best time to cultivate the ability.The Guidelines for Kindergarten Education has clearly emphasized the importance of cultivating children's cooperative ability,which is also an indispensable content for young children at the age of 4-5.Through the cultivation of cooperative ability,children at the age of 4-5 can increase their cooperation consciousness and the skills,as well as form the diversified behaviors gradually,in order to deal with simple problems during the cooperation.Picture book can be a common and popular method in the kindergarten education.With the simple and beautiful texts and pictures,it can better attract children's attention,and allow them to implicitly get influenced by education in the teaching process.In the picture-book reading process,children can learn from the character in the picture book about his spirits of helping and cooperating with others.Based on the teacher assessment method and experimental method,and through filling in the Teacher Assessment Questionnaire for Children's Cooperation Ability before and after picture book teaching intervention,this paper takes two middle classes in a public kindergarten of Shandong Province as the research objects,selects thirty children aged 4-5 years as the experimental group and the control group respectively,and further studies the impact of the picture book teaching on children's cooperative ability from four dimensions of the cognition,emotion,will and cooperative skill.Before the picture book intervention,two classes adopt the normal teaching mode and also test their cooperation ability.Later,the control group continues to carry out normal teaching activities,while the experimental group perform 30 minutes of picture book teaching intervention once a week.A post-test of cooperative ability has been carried out after 8 weeks,by analyzing the experimental data,and the results are as follows:(1)The picture book teaching with rich cooperative content can promote the promotion of children's cooperative ability.After the implementation of picture book teaching,the cooperative ability of children in the experimental group has been improved in four dimensions,especially in children's cooperative cognition and cooperative skill.From the gender stratification analysis,we found that after the picture book intervention,the experimental group of boys in the dimensions of cooperative emotion significantly improved.(2)Cooperative cognitive picture books and cooperative skill picture books are more helpful to enhance children's cooperative ability.(3)The improvement of children's cooperative ability is mainly realized by the way of collective teaching,and the project of picture play and picture play has positive influence on the improvement of children's cooperative ability.In short,the picture book teaching can greatly improve children's cooperative ability and promote their growth.Based on the research results,the paper summarizes the research enlightenment and further puts forward the corresponding educational suggestions: picture book is an effective way to improve children's cooperative ability.The kindergarten can provide picture book resources on the theme of cooperation ability.Enhancing children's cooperative ability in diverse picture book teaching. |
