All-included Sports Meeting,as a new kind of school sports meeting involving all students,has become the top one choice for many schools to reform their sports meeting and the reform has been carried out nationwide.However,different school has different implementation plan.In the development of the new school sports meeting,such common problems arises i.e.casualty and lack of scientific guidance which ignores students and the concept of “full participation”.Guided by the major special research project of educational science“Transformation and Breakthrough: A Practical Research on Comprehensive Regional Reform of Scholastic Physical Education Based on the Integration of Learn,Practice and Appraisal”,which was sponsored by The Chinese Society of Education in 2017,this study aims to transform All-included Sports Meeting into a platform for appraising the quality of physical education,solve the existing problem of physical education,featuring the divorce between class,recess and sports meeting,so as to answer these two questions: which skills should be demonstrated and how to demonstrate them during All-included Sports Meeting.The following research mainly focuses on the historical evolution,current situation and executive standard of All-included Sports Meeting.First of all,this study collects and processes the historical evolution of school sports meeting in China by mainly applying literature and logical analysis.Secondly,the study investigate the current situation of All-included Sports Meeting of middle school in Zhejiang Province and analyzes existing problems through questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and interview.Then,based on above outcomes,it integrates opinions from experts with the guidance of Delphi,constructing an executive standard for middle school to hold the All-included Sports Meeting.Finally,as the executive standard being structured,the study conducts an in-depth research on schools which have host All-included Sports Meeting as its case study to analyze the advantages and disadvantages and provide optimization approaches.Based on the above steps,the conclusion of this study is as follows:Firstly,it describes the historical evolution of the school sports meeting in China and depicts the “historical course of All-included Sports Meeting”.This study divides the historical evolution of the school sports meeting in China into four periods: infancy,stagnation and difficult exploration,recovery and revolution.The first period was from 1890 to 1936 with the following characteristics:sports meeting transformed from military events to modern competitive sports and its participants were still students while guided by Chinese rather than foreigners.The second period started from 1937 to 1976,which mainly developed military events with twists and turns.The third period was 1977 to 1995.During this period,China introduced policy to promote school sports meeting develop soundly ruled by standard and law.Since 1996,the school sports meeting has stepped into the stage of revolution,which is student-oriented and diversified.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of All-included Sports Meeting of middle school in Zhejiang Province and demonstrates the “actual condition of All-included Sports Meeting”.Currently,All-included Sports Meeting has been carried out in most schools in Zhejiang Province in the form of fun games such as Kangaroo Jump(people staying in a large sack jumps for contest which looks like a kangaroo),Rope Skipping and Three-legged Race(two people form a group with their one-leg tied and they will walk for contest with three legs).However,sports events leading by basketball,volleyball and soccer only occupy half a day or one day,which needs further development.The survey shows that participants of above events are mainly junior students in grade one or two,with low parents' involvement.More than 80% or 90%students divided into groups according to their class or grade take part in these events.In general,All-included Sports Meeting has made headway in Zhejiang Province,gaining high praises from teachers,while there still exists various factors obstructs its smooth development,including the shortage of facilities,time and qualified teachers.Lacking of unified executive standard has been a principal factor,which makes the construction of an executive standard for All-included Sports Meeting critical.Thirdly,it constructs an “executive standard for All-included Sports Meeting”based on solid evidence,improves the existing system and outlines a “sound developing prospect of All-included Sports Meeting”.The executive standard for All-included Sports Meeting established in this study includes 5 first-class index,38 second-class index and 101 third-class index.The first-class level involves the opening time,organization,events,execution and awarding system.Fourthly,it conducts a research on two school's executive plan of All-included Sports Meeting as its case study,showing the “realistic value and operating path of the executive standard of All-included Sports Meeting”.Based on the “executive standard for All-included Sports Meeting” constructed previously,this study analyzes the executive plan of two schools in Hangzhou from the perspective of its advantages,disadvantages and optimization strategies,which offers a realistic example for middle schools to improve the quality of sports meeting and presents the “realistic value and operating path of the executive standard of All-included Sports Meeting”.Based on the above conclusion,this study provides three suggestions.Firstly,gradually implement and optimize the “executive standard for All-included Sports Meeting”.Secondly,establish an executive standard for other grades.Thirdly,innovate and improve the events of All-included Sports Meeting.
