The Historical Evolution Of Amateur Sports Schools For Teenagers In China.

In 1955,China studied the youth training model of the Soviet Union,and began trials of amateur sports schools in Shanghai,Tianjin,and Beijing.In the past 64 years,the development and growth of amateur sports schools have trained and transported a large number of international medal competitors in China.Not only that,but with the constant change of society,amateur sports schools have always changed in terms of scale,form,name,training objectives and training methods.Prior to this,there were not many inductive literatures on the history of amateur sports schools.This paper mainly uses the literature data method,oral history method and logic analysis method to carefully sort out and summarize the historical process of the development of adolescent amateur sports schools in China.It also summarizes the external factors and development characteristics that affect its development.On the one hand,it retains more systematic materials for the historical research of amateur sports schools and enriches the knowledge system of competitive sports reserve talent research;on the other hand,it also hopes that the results of this research can provide some reference for the healthy and sustainable development of youth training.The conclusions of this study are:Firstly,the development process of amateur sports school can be divided into stages: the stage of brewing(1949~1954);the trial and initial stage of amateur sports school(1955~1956);the initial stage of amateur sports school(1957)Year-1965);the tortuous development stage of amateur sports school(1966-1977);the period of diversified development of amateur sports school(1978-1993);the sixth stage: the bottoming and recovery phase of amateur sports school(1993 to present).Second,the development of amateur sports schools in China is deeply influenced by macroeconomic factors such as governance factors,economic factors,educational factors and employment factors.(1)Political factors are mainly reflected in the profound impact of political environment and policy orientation on the development of amateur sports schools;(2)economic factors,state funding and people's living standards play an important role in the development of amateur sports schools;(3)educational factors,Concentrated on the expansion of the university and the lack of cultural education in the sports school,the amateur sports school gradually lost its appeal;(4)employment factors,accompanied by the reform of the employment system and the increase in the employment threshold,led to the amateur sports school “out of the way”.Third,the development of amateur sports schools in China has played an important role in the role of the role and the historical contribution has been greatly increased.The form of running schools has increased and the scale of training has been reduced.The system has been constantly improving and the management is still difficult to regulate.The training objectives have been single and the difficulty of enrollment has increased.The Matthew effect has intensified and the regional effect gap has widened;It is imperative...
