Mother, as the first teacher of preschool children, She undertakes the important functions of the early family education, Mother's educational quality and role playing directly influences the quality of pre-school children's family education and children's development level, even for the healthy growth of teenagers, its role also should not be neglected. As political, economic development progress, professional women has become the subject of today's social work, professional women's family -- work role strain, conflict is highlighted, increasingly becoming social focus. Females breed characters and educator role faced a serious challenge. But "alone generation" as special sections of professional women groups, are into the baby period gradually.Their children, commonly called the "second generation" alone, are becoming the subject of kindergarten now. When they educate their children, more or less exist some character"crisis". Specifically, the study is discussed from five chapters. The first chapter: introduction. Expound the research origin, purpose and meaning. Comb several key concepts of this research, summarizes mother's role, mother education review of the existing two research results, and the end, explain briefly the ideas and methods of research.The second chapter: the existing crisis of mother's role in family education. Through dissecting the typical improper cases in family education which taken by pre-school children's mother, analysis, argument that the mother's role exists crisis. Mainly includes three big aspects: First, the consciousness of the role selection deviation. Second, the role-playing mistakes. Mother's role-playing ignore the child grow need the various requirements, appear single orientation deviation; and no grow with the child appear to demand the different accordingly, cause role-playing inappropriate. Third, the role of learning shortage.The third chapter: the cause analysis of mother's role existing crisis in family education. Analyzes it from the historical, social and mother own level. The historical reason is that the traditional family system, cultural values have ingrained affluence, social reasons is social expectations are chafing. Mother own reasons include mother overall culture quality is low; Insufficient knowledge of their roles; Mother's education concepts (children, educational concept) there is a deviation. The fourth chapter: the strategy pre-school children's mother dealing with role crisis. First, the government should regard the corresponding policies and measures to improve the education level by women. Second, take example by excellent mother education experience abroad. Third, strengthen the consciousness of the role. Fourth, strengthening independent consciousness, promote mother self-worth. Fifth, strengthen their own role of learning. Self learning can through the way such as self-examination, attend the training. Sixth, the investment in father's role.
