Content : As educators,the teacher take teaching as a career.They have the natural advantages in educating children with the abundant knowledge and experience of education.In the course of educating their own children,however,teachers are not in a smooth sailing.Even a certain proportion of the children of teachers will be difficult to achieve talent.The excellent female teachers in primary school carry two important roles at the same time—professional role and family role.As for education in school,they are the leaders of educating and teaching.For education in family,they are mothers and wives.The deviation of concepts between education in school and family makes them have excessive and absent expression in family education.In order to pursue more sense of achievement and reduce the proportion of family education,many excellent female primary school teachers have a relatively large deviation of the concept and the approach of educating their children,which leads to many negative personalities such as obsessive-compulsive disorder and lack of self-confidence among teachers and children.This study mainly collects data through literature methods and interviews.Through in-depth interviews with eight groups of families,the author analyzes the interviews' data to understand the obstacles and problems caused by the implementation of teachers undefined education of their children,and also finds a phenomenon that there is deviation in teachers' role in family.The deviation includes the deviation of educational behavior and educational concept,the deviation of value identification and choice,the deviation of educational behavior and educational attitude.From the perspective of role theory and Maslow demand theory,this study summarizes the reasons for the deviation which are the need of strong individual self-realization,the value recognition which emphasises on teacher's role,the difference of role experience under the expectation of different roles in family and school and the idealization of teachers profession in society;Furthermore,as for the deviation phenomenon of teachers,this study sums up the specific influence on the children's growing which are the hidden trouble of the children's growing caused bythe professional characteristics of teachers,the repressed personality made by the authority of teachers,the negative reflection of offside and absence of family education.Finally,from the perspective of teachers,family and school management,putting forward the corresponding adjusted strategy to help the excellent female teachers in primary school to overcome the problem of child-rearing as soon as possible.This study is a preliminary research on the role-playing of teachers in family and there are still many deficiencies in the correlational research.I hope that it can provide some theoretical references for the research of teachers' family education through the raising of questions,in order to improve the quality of their family education,promote family harmony,and ensure the sound personality and healthy growth of their children.
