Abstract/Summary:
China is a big agricultural country.Since the founding of New China, the state has attached great importance to rural development. It has introduced various policy strategies to promote rural development. For example, the beginning of the founding of New China, the promotion of agriculture, the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, and the integration of urban and rural areas.Strategies such as development,"synchronization of the four modernizations" and "village revitalization".The formulation of these rural development strategies not only provides a policy basis for China to solve the "three rural issues",but also creates opportunities for the development of rural vocational education in the new era.As a special type of education that specializes in rural development, rural vocational education has the responsibility and obligation to provide intellectual support, talent support and technical support for the implementation of the current "rural revitalization" strategy, thus contributing to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and two The realization of the "100-year goal."Based on the theory of human capital, the internal and external laws of education and the concept of scientific development, this study uses historical documentary and comparative methods to sort out the development process of rural vocational education since the founding of New China from the chronological order and value orientation. It is divided into four stages, namely, rural vocational education centered on agricultural development(1949-1977),rural vocational education centered on the comprehensive development of rural economy(1978-2002),and rural areas centered on cultivating new farmers.Vocational education(2003-2012)and rural vocational education centered on precision poverty alleviation and rural revitalization(2013-).After comprehensively combing and analyzing the historical evolution of rural vocational education since the founding of New China,we have further clarified the correct value orientation of rural vocational education serving rural revitalization. On this basis, taking Kaiyang County and Suining County as a case to analyze the status quo and reflection of rural vocational education under the strategy of “rural revitalization” in China,it is found that there is a big gap between rural vocational education demand and reality in rural vocational education, mainly reflected in rural occupation. The external limits of education and the internal difficulties, the external limitations mainly include:insufficient funding,long-term management disputes and weak teachers;internal difficulties mainly include: the mode of education form, the lack of agriculture-related professions and A singletraining method. The reason is mainly due to the lag of the thinking concept of rural vocational education, the simplification of the main body of education and the lack of legal supply.Based on the above problems, rural vocational education should be reformed from the macro, meso and micro levels,in order to explore a best way to serve the rural revitalization.Specifically,at the macro level: strengthen the country's top-level design of rural vocational education.Innovate the rural vocational education management system coordinated by the provincial government, improve the lifelong rural vocational education system, and establish a diversified investment return mechanism.Middle level: the reform of the supply side of rural vocational education.Construct a group of agriculture-related professionals, improve the "fitness" between the profession and the industry;optimize the content of the course, improve the "precision" of the link between the curriculum and the profession;strengthen the construction of the rural teachers and improve the quality of personnel training.Micro level: Innovative training methods for rural vocational education.
