Research On Performance Appraisal Of Logistics Service Center Of H University

Since the 21 st century,people have constantly strengthened and expanded the practice of management,but also the perception of performance management has changed.We know that people have different understandings of performance in different organizations,different stages of development and different disciplines,but whether organizations or individuals,we should view and understand performance management from a systematic and developmental perspective.Logistics department plays a basic,supportive and service role in Colleges and universities.As an important pillar and guarantee in the development of colleges and universities,the implementation of scientific and effective performance management will obviously promote its work efficiency,strengthen support capacity and enhance service level.This paper takes the logistics service center of H University as the research object,and explores the application status of performance appraisal in it.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance,and analyses the importance of optimizing the performance appraisal of university logistics department;secondly,it combs the relevant literature,theory and methods,and then describes the current situation of the performance appraisal of H university logistics service center,so as to find the existing problems.Then,it puts forward the optimization suggestions for the existing performance appraisal combined with the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation and effective operation of the performance appraisal optimization design scheme of H University's logistics service center in order to improve the performance management level of the university's logistics.
