Study On The Management Efficiency Of Private Vocational Colleges Under The Perspective Of Social Responsibility

As an important part of China's higher vocational education,the private vocational colleges bear the same social responsibility to train high-quality applied talents,as well as public vocational colleges.The purpose of running a private vocational college is to train qualified applied talents for the society,and in order to fulfill our social responsibility,we should explore various problems that affect the improvement of management efficiency,and address and solve them with a targeted purpose.Under the realistic need of expanding the enrollment scale and improving the level of teaching and management,how to improve the management efficiency from the point of view of social responsibility of private vocational colleges has become a research topic.To this end,this paper takes one college as an example,and analyzes and studies the management efficiency of private vocational colleges under the perspective of social responsibility,with a view to helping private vocational colleges improve management efficiency and better fulfill social responsibility.This paper uses the literature method to comb,analyze,summarize and comment on the relevant research results of the management efficiency of private vocational colleges under the perspective of social responsibility,and on the basis of previous research,the management efficiency of one college is investigated by means of questionnaire survey.After evaluating the results of the survey,we obtain the results of the low management efficiency of one college,and on the basis of empirical research on the relationship between the management efficiency of the college and the social responsibility,it is concluded that the management efficiency of the college is positively related to social responsibility.Through the analysis and research,the main problems of low management efficiency of private vocational colleges are: the management concept with social responsibility as the core lags behind,the internal responsibility system of the college is not in place,the organization and management organization is redundant,the management ability of managers is not high under the perspective of social responsibility,and the degree of professionalization of managers is low;The management process needs to be optimized and performance appraisalstoist in the perspective of social responsibility is ignored.In view of the management efficiency of private vocational colleges under the perspective of social responsibility,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Mainly to shape the concept of social responsibility,take the initiative to assume responsibility to the government,clear responsibility rights,actively assume responsibility to employees,social responsibility as a guide,and constantly improve management capacity,improve the degree of management specialization under the perspective of social responsibility,optimize the social responsibility perspective of the management process,around the students,parents to do their duty,Increase performance appraisal efforts.
