Activities And Optimization Strategies Of Students Volunteer Services In Vocational Colleges

Voluntary service has become an important symbol for the international community to measure the level of civilization development of a country and a region.From the perspective of education,voluntary service is also an important platform for practical education in Vocational Colleges.It is the valid channel for students to promote their professional levels,sense of citizen duty and self-qualities and practical skils.With the development of the times,the scope of voluntary service in higher vocational education is expanding,the number is increasing,and the requirements and demands are continuously improving as well.This paper takes three vocational colleges in Shaoxing as examples.Firstly,it is revealing the theoretical and practical significances from the current situation and the problems of the volunteer organization and management for the voluntary services that the vocational college students participate.Secondly,this paper summarizes the research status of volunteer services,the volunteer services of college students home and abroad,the volunteer services of vocational college students,and the service quality.Based on the concepts of voluntary service,service quality and public welfare education,it further introduces the Theory of Altruism,Pro-social Behavior Theory,the Group dynamicsaltruistic theory and other related theories,thus provides theoretical basis for the optimization of voluntary service management quality,and designs a basic research framework.Thirdly,through the questionnaire survey and personal interview,this paperanalyzes the willingness of higher vocational college students to participate in voluntary service,the effect of voluntary service,and the existing problems of volunteer service management,focusing on the current situation and service quality of higher vocational college voluntary service.And through the practice of three different cases of the same kind,it tries to implement the strategy of optimizing the quality of voluntary service,and further tests its line effect evaluation.Based on the above analyses and discussions,this paper puts forward suggestions on the management optimization of the improvement of voluntary service quality in higher vocational colleges.There are four aspects,the fist aspect is to optimize the management environment of voluntary service,that is,to integrate the resources inside and outside in school,to expand the sources of funds,and school-based characteristic voluntary service projects.The second aspect is to optimize the organization of the volunteer service to stimulate the vitality of teachers and students to participate in voluntary service through the advantages of the system.The third aspect is to optimize the voluntary service system by integrating the concept of volunteer service specialization and focusing on the project of teaching,learning and the students;The fourth aspect is to optimize the volunteer service information platform,that is,to establish a large voluntary service database,share resources,accurately match service projects,and form a positive circulation in the cultivation of higher vocational talents.
