| This paper focuses on the Education Aid Service System for Sunnygroup under thenetwork environment, which is one of the educational aid projects to help the backwardvillages in Zhaxika Grassland. It is also a complement with the rural teachers’ trainingprograms. The direct benefited users of the education aid network system are the rural youthteachers in Zhaxika Grassland, which has converted the traditional education form conductedby university students.Built through the existing network media, the network service platform has the functionof teaching skills training, teaching materials gaining, first-lever teachers’ experiences sharingand peer-social communicating. Take advantages of the youth teachers and universityvolunteers from the east area, we aim to promote the occupational experience, create theteacher experiences sharing atmosphere for the rural youth teachers and form a goodrelationship between them. Furthermore, the education aid network system is the depthdevelopment and important component of the training entities programs. We hope it can be aneffective way for public welfare organizations to interact with local educational institutions.First, through the practice and project of Going-up to the Grassland and Rural Teachers’Training Program and the deep research into the rural teachers from the Zhaxika Grassland,generalizing the basic teaching situation of the school, basic abilities and teaching needs ofthe teachers. Thus build the users model (rural youth teachers). Second, looking throughtheories on collaborative service and social innovation, analyze the public welfarecollaborative service design projects under the network system. Then abstract thecollaborative service design strategies and tips for designing nonprofit projects, find out therelationship among the final users, service providers, and cooperators, and finally summarizethe benefit balance points. Third, construct the education aid network service system and findout the right platform by comparing among the current main network media products andcomplete the design program, realizing the interaction between online and offline projects.Finally, the paper summarizes the design experience disciplines and guidelines in doingsimilar education aid programs. Thus provide the other public welfare NGOs and socialorganizations with cooperation opportunities, experience sharing platform, model works andattract more social resources for young rural teachers. |
