With the development of our higher education sevice field becoming market-oriented and popular and with the close attention to the higher vocational education service's quality, some people in the acdemic circles begin to research the application problems about the theory of modern quality management and the theory of sevice management over the past few years. They are trying to ensure the sevice quality of Chinese higher vocational education by learn the western sevice quality management thought. Therefore, the immediate research on the quality and evaluation of the higher vocational education is meaningful to the lasting development of the higher vocational education.The research of this thesis is guided by three theories, which are:the theory of benefit-relevant, the theory of service quality, the theory of customers'satisfaction degree. This thesis adopts the combination of the research methods which are demostration study, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The writers take the students of Hebei Jiaotong Vocational and Technical College for study example, design questionnaire and carry out questionnaire investigation, collect relevant data and make concept model. And analize the description firstly. And then analyze the message degree and effect degree of the questionnaie. And then carry out the relation verifying factor analysis. At last, the writer analyze the relationship among the higher education services'quality, the higher education customers'satisfation degree and the behavior intention.This thesis take the prehominid research rasults for reference, review and analyze the research results of the service quality and costomers satisfaction degree. And then apply them to the higher vocational education field, trying to put forward some useful suggestions.
