Research On Evaluation Of Implementation Effect Of "Safe Campus" Project

In recent years,China's higher education has developed rapidly,with a variety of school-running situations,increasingly complex personnel structure and more complex university building structures.College students are not yet fully mature physically and mentally.Influenced by the new media era,college students pursue diverse values and distinctive personalities.In recent years,the rapid development of the network and the continuous updating of new criminal methods have made the security management of colleges and universities more complicated.In order to deal with the problem of campus security and stability in the new era,colleges and universities have used modern scientific and technological means to build a "safe campus" security system to assist the comprehensive management of security work in colleges and universities."Safe Campus" security system can play a significant role in major universities.In addition to the main video monitoring functions,the system can also realize telephone alarm,fire management,traffic control,emergency management,case prevention and other functions.The "safe campus" security system can not only ensure the independent operation of each subsystem,but also realize the security linkage between each system.Security personnel can use the system to fully grasp the security situation at any time,make rapid and accurate response to the case,effectively save human,material and financial costs,and maximally protect the life and property safety of teachers and students.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the management of "safe campus" project.This paper will take the evaluation of the implementation effect of the "safe campus" project in colleges and universities as the research object.On the basis of expounding the research status of safe campus at home and abroad and the evaluation of the implementation effect of the existing security projects,and further combining the characteristics of the "safe campus" project in colleges and universities and the design requirements of the security system,an AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the implementation effect of the "safe campus" project.The model takes the system construction effect,performance effect,application effect,support effect to the system and personnel management effect as the first-level indicators,and establishes a logical and clear-cut evaluation index system for the implementation effect of the "safe campus" project.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the evaluation model is applied to the "safe campus" project of university h,and according to the evaluation results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the construction of "safe campus" of university h,at the same time,it has certain reference value for the construction and upgrading of "safe campus" project of other relevant units.
