Research On The Implementation Effect Of Innovative Projects For Graduate Students In Ethnic College

In recent years,the Ministry of Education has proposed that graduate education should take the path of connotative development and focus on strengthening the quality of education.The postgraduate "innovative project" as a form of postgraduate education innovation plan has an impact on improving the quality of graduate education.All colleges combine their characteristics to form a variety of innovative projects,the implementation of the project has promoted the cultivation of innovative talents in ethnic universities and colleges.However,there are also many problems at various stages of implementation.In order to guarantee the implementation benefits of the project,it is necessary to supervise and evaluate the implementation of innovative projects accordingly.This paper focuses on six universities directly subordinate to the National Civil Affairs Commission.Combining the implementation of postgraduate innovative item,to construct an innovative project evaluation model based on project post-evaluation theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics of the execution of innovative item in the six universities and their impact on graduate education.Secondly,through questionnaires and collecting relevant data,and analyzing the impact factors of the execution of items,determining the project's evaluation criteria,evaluation indicators,and building a project evaluation index system.Thirdly,determining the weight value by AHP and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct graduate student innovative project evaluation model.Finally,use the evaluation model to carry out a case study,for getting the result.After comprehensive and horizontal comparative analysis,problems were found and corresponding optimization measures were given.The innovative project evaluation model proposed can provide reference for the management department to organize the implementation of innovative projects in this paper.It will help to further guarantee the implementation benefits of the project and help improve the quality of graduate education.At the same time,it also provides new ideas and methods for the construction of postgraduate innovative project evaluation model.
