Research On The Compensatory Course Of Teachers In Junior High Schools In XX Country

Education,as an indispensable part of national life,has been attached great importance to by people.Under the background of exam-oriented education mechanism,various social training institutions emerged at the historic moment,resulting in the prevalence of paid extra-curricular remedies.Although the Ministry of Education has promulgated various regulations to prohibit extra-curricular remedial classes for primary and secondary school students,the policy of prohibiting remedial classes has not been effectively implemented.Some on-the-job teachers even take advantage of their positions to make up for the extra-curricular remedies through various forms,which violates the corresponding policies and regulations.Starting from the current situation of paid remedial courses in XX county,this paper investigates and studies the situation of paid remedial courses in junior middle schools in XX county.By consulting literature,using questionnaires and interviews,this paper investigates and understands the on-the-job teachers,parents and students in XX county junior middle schools,and deeply analyses the situation of on-the-job teachers,parents and students participating in the survey feedback of paid remedial courses,so as to dissect the situation of on-the on-the-the-job teachers The main reasons for the phenomenon of paid remedial classes for post teachers are teachers' subjective belief that the salary is too low,students' objective demand for remedial classes is strong,family economic ability is improved,the stimulation of improper teaching evaluation and the inadequate supervision of educational administrative institutions.The negative effects of paid remedial classes are analyzed: unfavorable to students' healthy growth,increasing family economic burden and disrupting school teaching.Learning order and corrupting social atmosphere.Therefore,according to the actual situation,this paper puts forward four countermeasures to deal with the remunerated remedial courses of junior middle school teachers in XX county: improving the treatment of teachers,promoting quality education,optimizing educational resources,and strengthening effective supervision.
