Research On The Teleology Of Tao Xingzhi's Life Education Theory

Tao xingzhi is a great educator.His splendid life education theory is regarded as the gem of Chinese educational culture,which is deeply rooted in the soil of national culture.The essentialism,topologicalism and methodology have been recognized by researchers,but it's a pity that the teleology is still not systematic enough in the research.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the teleology of life education from Tao Xingzhi's life education theory and his practice.This study makes a systematic and in-depth study of Tao xingzhi's life education theory-teleology.First of all,this paper reviews the three major theses of life education theory,and gives a comprehensive and practical answers to "whether life education theory has teleology or not" and "what kind of teleology does it have".According to the academic views then come to a conclusion that the essence of teleology is to "cultivate vitality".Secondly,it elaborates on the theoretical connotation of the skopos theory of "cultivating vitality",and sorts out its trace of development and content expansion,then explores the significant status and impact.What's more,through a large number of historical materials,this paper restores the details of educational practice about how Tao Xingzhi cultivated the students' five kinds of "vitality" in XiaoZhuang normal school,ShanHai school and YuCai school.And it aslo makes a brief description of the achievements.Finally,in order to promote the in-depth research of Tao Xingzhi,to nonmalignantly develop "XingZhi experimental school",and to insure the "core accomplishment" of students,it digs the contemporary value of the teleology "cultivating vitality".
