Research On The Cultivation Of High School Students' Geographical Practice Ability Based On Local Geography Resources

With the development of the core accomplishment of geography,more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of geographical practice.However,due to the pressure of college entrance examination,the safety of students and other factors,the development of outdoor geography practice is not optimistic in middle school geography teaching,students geographical practice level is relatively low.Local geography contains a large number of teaching value of geographical resources,and geographical practice has an important relationship with the use of local geography resources to carry out outdoor geographic practice activities.It provides a good teaching method for geography teaching in senior high school and plays an important role in the cultivation of students geographical practice.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to make use of local geography resources to cultivate geographical practice.Taking Xi'an city as an example,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire investigation,action research and so on.Firstly,this paper defines the research background and significance,the current research situation at home and abroad,the theoretical basis and the related basic concepts.At the same time,it expounds the inherent relationship between geographical practice and local geography resources.Next,through the questionnaire survey of high school students and teachers in Xi'an,we can understand the present situation and existing problems of high school students geographical practice training,and the understanding and cognition of the local geography resources.Then,on the basis of theoretical research and questionnaire survey,this paper puts forward the principles,approaches and strategies of cultivating senior high school students geographical practical power based on local geography resources.Finally,combining the contents of the required and compulsory textbooks of Hunan Education Edition with the local geography resources of Xi'an City,the design enumerates the practical activities of the local geography,and puts forward the design ideas of carrying out the activities of the geographical practice.And carried on the Cuihua mountain geology and physiognomy investigation,the pole shadow experiment method to determine Xi'an geographical latitude,the investigation of the "Hutai No.8" grapeindustry development present situation and so on activity design and the implementation,also carried on the qualitative and the quantitative appraisal to the practice activity.This paper provides a feasible scheme for the cultivation of senior high school students geographical practice ability,and verifies the feasibility of carrying out geographical practice activities based on local geography resources to cultivate students' geographical practice ability.
