With the rapid development of society,today's society has entered the era of knowledge economy.Human capital has become one of the most important production factors in today's society instead of traditional factors of production,profoundly affects the knowledge economy development level of different countries and regions.Human resources also play a vital role in the development of an enterprise and become an important factor affecting the core competitiveness of the enterprise.If enterprises want to win in the fierce competition,they must pay attention to the cultivation of talents,especially the cultivation of high-potential talents with strategic reserve significance.At present,most of the researches on high-potential talents are modules such as talent selection and screening,and few of research and practice are the construction of high-potential talents training system.This paper takes XDF Company as an example.By using the case study method,interview method and literature method and on the basis of exploring the training demand analysis theory,competency theory and incentive theory,the paper researches on the current situation of XDF Company's high-potential talent training system and diagnoses its weaknesses.On this basis,the optimization scheme of high potential talents training system is proposed.This paper aims to explore the construction of high-potential talents training system.To ensure its systematic effectiveness,the high-potential talent training system is subdivided into modules,such as demand analysis of high-potential talent training,selection and screening of high-potential talent,curriculum system design of high-potential talent training,management and implementation of high-potential talent training program,and implementation evaluation of high-potential talent training program.This paper puts forward that talent cultivation should really play a role in supporting the future development of enterprises and the realization of strategic goals,especially for the very special talent groups such as high-potential talents in organizations,it is necessary to establish a systematic talent cultivation mechanism.Talent training module should only work in according with the organization development strategy as the guidance,and be integrated into talent cultivation system,can it achieve the goal of high potential talents systematized design,dynamic management,systemic training and realize the holistic value of high potential talents cultivation.Otherwise,it is a relatively fragmented talent training work.This paper is based on system optimization and oriented by the macro environmental policy and the change of industry development trend faced by XDF group.It combines the development strategy of XDF group with the business strategic objectives of its subsidiaries.It constructs the high talent cultivation system framework from the group level to the subsidiary level,including system design needs analysis,system design objectives,system framework design,system project structure design,system project design and implementation,system project management and guarantee,system implementation evaluation and improvement.At the same time,the paper designs the cultivation pattern and the cultivation tracking mechanism in the frame structure,as well as carries on the innovation in the “small front-end” “big middle-end” mode.This paper will provide scientific and practical research reference for the collectivized companies to construct the system of high-potential talents training,and provide important reference for the collectivized companies to design the practical plan of high-potential talents training.
