A Comparative Analysis Of Sino - Russian Oil Talents Training System

With the rapid development of science and technology in the21st century, petroleumis not only playing its original energy role but also increasing its strategic role in the worldstage. Higher talents training system has already becoming the basic strength in driving thepotential economic development and the high speed of the economic operation of the country.Consequently, making a comparative study of higher talents training system of both Russiaand China has important theoretical meaning and realistic meaning. The purpose of thisthesis is to provide reference and significant help to the higher petroleum education.This thesis adopts the method of comparison. Deep analysis was made between bothcountries on petroleum talents training system. Considering from two angles of diachronicand synchronic, this thesis analyzes the development of Russian petroleum universities andcolleges. At the same time, this thesis makes a lateral comparison between two countriesfrom the aspect of the management system and so forth.This thesis first analyzes the significance of petroleum talents training system and theoutline of Russian high education system. Then detailed description and analysis are madefrom training scheme, curriculum, training characteristics and employment situation of bothnations respectively. At last this thesis makes a comprehensive comparison of petroleumtraining system of both nations, leading to the suggestions helpful to the development ofpetroleum higher education of our country. We wish to draw some conclusions andreferences to our cultivation of higher petroleum education and talents.To explore the advantages and characteristics of Russian petroleum higher education,and point out the existing problems and disadvantages of training scheme, curriculum,training characteristics and employment situation of our petroleum universities and collegescan better promote further development and improvement of the petroleum higher educationof our country, thus more favorable for the Cultivation of high-quality professionals forChina petroleum industry. The process is clearly beneficial to the reform and developmentof China petroleum education in the way of exploiting the favorable conditions and avoidingunfavorable ones. All in all, the objective is to push the revision and development of it instability.
