Recently,with the rapid development of the popularization of higher education in China,the scale of postgraduate education has also embarked on the road of leapfrog development.With the continuous growth of the number of postgraduate students,peoples concern and doubt the quality of education.How to ensure the quality of postgraduate education has become an important issue in China's higher education circles.Postgraduates' learning attitude is their emotional experience based on the recognition of a series of related factors of learning and scientific research during the learning process,which is ultimately externalized to learning behavior.Learning attitude will directly affect their academic achievements and scientific research results.Postgraduates' learning attitude is not only their individual subjective variable,but also can reflect a series of problems in postgraduates' education.This research takes full-time postgraduates in five different schools as research objects.Based on literature analysis and interviews,this research compiled the “Questionnaire for Full-time Postgraduate Study Attitudes” to investigate the status quo of postgraduate study attitudes from the cognitive level,emotional experience,and behavioral tendency.The research found that the study attitude of postgraduate students mainly have the following issues: First,most postgraduates have a misunderstanding of the purpose of learning and the inherent driving force of learning is insufficient.Second,they neglect the importance of scientific research and have low scientific research ability.Third,they have a low sense of academic achievement and lack a pleasant emotional experience.Fourth,their recognition of the major is not high.Fifth,they are not motivated and designed.In addition,they also have problems such as poor ability to resist pressure and interference,and lack of proper learning methods.There are many reasons for these problems.First of all,the purpose of postgraduate study tends to be utilitarian and lack of interest in learning.Their graduates are diversified and lack scientific research awareness.Secondly,the master tutor did not effectively guide the students according to the training plan.Furthermore,the lack of an effective evaluation system,insufficient research resources,and insufficient funding support will all affect the formation of good learning attitudes for graduate students.In order to improve the learning attitude of postgraduates,it needs the joint efforts of learners themselves,schools,tutors,families and society.Postgraduates themselves actively change their minds and adjust their mentality.The tutor provides the postgraduate with scientific research opportunities,strengthens the daily guidance and the guidance of scientific research consciousness.Universities optimize curriculum settings,standardize system management,and strengthen funding support.
