With the expansion of postgraduate enrollment scale,interdisciplinary postgraduate entrance examination has become a common social phenomenon from sporadic individual behavior.At the same time,the national emphasis on physical education makes physical education major become the major with the highest proportion and the largest scale of cross-examination in the field of physical education,but the master students of interdisciplinary physical education major lack the systematic learning of physical education knowledge and skills.It is inevitable that there will be some learning problems during the postgraduate study period.If they are not improved in time,they will certainly affect the study and employment development of the group,and even lead to the waste of postgraduate education resources.Therefore,it is of great significance to comprehensively understand the learning situation of master students majoring in interdisciplinary physical education,deeply analyze the causes of their learning problems,and put forward targeted training strategies for improving the learning situation and training quality of master students majoring in interdisciplinary physical education.This study firstly defines relevant concepts in detail,based on the literature data method,the questionnaire method as the main line,and makes analysis and supplement with mathematical statistics and interviews.Then,it makes a statistical analysis from four dimensions of learning psychology,learning behavior,learning ability and learning effectiveness,including horizontal comparison of the learning status of interdisciplinary and non-interdisciplinary master students in physical education.And the longitudinal comparison of the interdisciplinary physical education professional master students of each grade learning status.The results are as follows:1.The psychological state of interdisciplinary physical education master students is not good.Professional identity is low,there are blind cross-examination,professional emotion indifferent phenomenon;The learning motivation is offset and the internal learning motivation is weakened gradually.Study pressure from a wide range of sources,employment pressure almost full coverage;Poor learning attitude,weak awareness of independent learning.Moreover,the above phenomena gradually increased with the passage of grade.2.The study behavior of the master students of interdisciplinary physical education is low.Lack of professional foundation,unable to keep up with the pace of classroom learning,and low level of active thinking and participation in class;Lack of after-school learning investment,emphasis on theory over skills phenomenon prominent,lack of awareness of basic remedial work,low frequency of communication with tutors.Moreover,the above phenomenon gradually increases with the increase of grade.3.The progress of learning ability of master students in interdisciplinary physical education is slow.In terms of receptivity,due to the weak foundation,the receptivity to new knowledge and skills and guidance from mentors is limited,and the progress is slow in the later stage.In terms of innovation ability,she has the advantage of multi-disciplinary background,rich research perspectives and broad knowledge,but her level stagnates in the later stage.Teaching ability is almost "zero foundation",lack of practice,late progress is slow;In terms of scientific research ability,I have a good scientific research foundation,outstanding in data processing,software operation,literature retrieval and reading,and reached a good level in the later period.4.The learning effect of master students in interdisciplinary physical education is insufficient.In terms of academic performance,most of the course results were at the middle level of the class,and there was no significant difference among the three grades.Meanwhile,the level of sports competition was low,and the overall competition results showed a downward trend with the passage of grade.In terms of scientific research achievements,the research ability failed to give full play to,and it was difficult to create excellent scientific research achievements,and the enthusiasm for scientific research decreased significantly in the third year of research.5.The main reasons for the learning problems of master students in interdisciplinary physical education teaching are as follows.First,the strength of admission selection is insufficient: the content of the initial test fails to fully examine the professional basis,the form of the second test fails to fully examine the professional quality.Second,the curriculum and teaching are difficult to meet the special needs of interdisciplinary physical education master students: the curriculum is not perfect,the curriculum evaluation is lack of feedback mechanism,the teaching method needs to be changed.Third,the lack of guidance: guidance frequency and timeliness,lack of targeted guidance.Fourth,the academic attitude of the interdisciplinary PE teaching master students is not good.6.The following measures are proposed to improve the learning situation of master students in interdisciplinary physical education teaching.First,optimize the entrance selection mechanism: reasonably set the threshold of cross-examination,optimize the content of the preliminary examination and the form of the second examination,and fundamentally improve the quality of students.The second is to optimize the course system: increase remedial courses,adopt diversified teaching forms,and strengthen the course assessment and feedback mechanism.The third is to strengthen the tutor’s guidance: increase the guidance time and frequency,strengthen the student psychological guidance work,adopt the "double tutor" system.Fourth,strengthen the self-construction of master students in interdisciplinary physical education teaching: correct self-positioning,correct learning attitude and increase learning investment.
