Research On Practical Teaching System Of Innovative Talents Training In Colleges And Universities Based On VR Technology

In ‘Key Points of Education Informatization and Network Security Work in 2018',the Ministry of Education put forward that it is one of the key tasks to promote the integration and development of information technology and education and teaching,to actively carry out the pilot project of ‘New Teaching and Learning Model Based on Information Technology',and to promote the in-depth application of new technologies such as big data,virtual reality and artificial intelligence in education and teaching.‘VR+ education' has been attached great importance by the country,and has gradually become a hot spot in the current teaching reform,which will show more vigorous vitality in the field of teaching.Virtual Reality(abbreviated as VR)technology has multiple characteristics such as immersion,interaction and multi-perception,so it is feasible to apply it in the cultivation of innovative talents.In view of the need of national strategy,new technology revolution and the development of colleges and universities,the cultivation of innovative talents is imperative,and practice teaching is a necessary link in the cultivation of innovative talents,it is necessary to strengthen the application of VR technology in the practice teaching of innovative talents training,it can not only bring about a new transformation for practical teaching,but also brings a new opportunity for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.In order to explore how to improve the practical teaching system of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities based on VR technology,so as to give full play to the role of VR technology in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities,this paper conducted in-depth research by using the method of literature analysis,the case analysis method and the investigation method comprehensively.Firstly,this paper expounded the relevant theories of the practical teaching system of innovative talents cultivation,these theories mainly include situational learning theory and constructivism theory,and analysed the characteristics and needs of innovative talents,distinguished the relationship between VR and innovative talents cultivation.Secondly,this paper analysed the current application of VR technology in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities,and found that VR is mainly used in practical teaching of innovative talents training,including virtual experiment,virtual training and virtual practice.Although VR has many values such as changing teaching idea,reforming teaching method,renewing teaching content,enriching teaching platform and so on in the cultivation of innovative talents,there are still some dilemmas,such as the goal of virtual practice teaching is not clear,the teaching content is difficult to meet the demand,the teaching management system is not perfect,the teaching resource condition is not perfect and so on.Thirdly,this paper taked the VR practical teaching system of waterway traffic in W University as an example and made an in-depth analysis,found that the characteristics of the VR practical teaching system of waterway traffic in W University,and summed up the experience of its VR practical teaching system,including effectively integrating the practical teaching resources inside and outside the school,establishing virtual experimental teaching guidance institutions,vigorously providing teaching staff support,and realizing the multi-channel cooperation between schools and enterprises.These successful experiences have guiding significance for bringing VR technology into full play in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.Finally,it was put forward the suggestions to perfect the practice teaching system of innovative talents training based on VR,including defining the goal of virtual practice teaching,enriching the content of virtual practice teaching,and innovating the management mode of virtual practice teaching,and strengthening the construction of guarantee conditions of virtual practice teaching and so on,such as to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative talents.
