The so-called functional action correction training is a training method to improve the basic quality of human body and correct the wrong movement pattern in the process of movement.Specifically were found by testing the trainee body exists in the process of movement of weak quality and wrong action,the analysis of the specific reasons of weak quality and wrong action,through the integrated study of related factors,to bring the function of the targeted action correction training,in order to improve students' physical quality and correct motion errors in the process of action,implementation to establish the correct action pattern,improve the quality of the action and the purpose of the performance.In recent years,the general decline of the physical quality of middle school students in China has aroused great attention from the state and the ministry of education.Now requires the different stage of the students every year to have a healthy physique test,the purpose is to continuously enhance the students,teachers,parents and schools of sports awareness,so that the outside world is more concerned about the healthy development of students.As an important means to detect and examine students' physical condition and sports performance,the physical examination has played a positive role in promoting the effective development of physical education since its implementation.At present,each junior high school is in the physical education examination project examination for students to develop a variety of teaching content and training arrangements,teachers are also constantly updating the teaching methods,has achieved the goal of improving the students' physical education examination results.Function correction action training as a new training method,has been studies by many scholars and researchers and applied to the teaching practice,through the relevant literature and video information,visible function correction training has been widely promotion and use,and has a large number of experiments show that the training approach does have a significant effect on a lot of project training.Therefore,if you want to improve the sports performance of the project,you must first strengthen the physical quality and improve the correction of bad action mode under the premise.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to improve the results of the PE high school entrance examination,analyze the characteristics of each item in the PE high school entrance examination,conduct functionalmovement screening on the students,and develop targeted training programs for the students according to the results,so as to enhance the physical quality of the students,improve the wrong movement patterns of the students,and improve the results of the PE high school entrance examination.This study by adopting the method of documentation,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,USES the statistical method of random sampling,selected the normal movement ability of hebei normal university affiliated high school class 1 grade 3 48 students as experimental object,after before the trial test to determine the various conditions similar to the experimental group and control group each 24 people,on the premise of other factors affecting the equilibrium,led by oneself function correction training,while the control group other teachers under the guidance of the traditional teaching training.For three hours a week of training,each class hour 45 minutes,the experimental group and control group respectively for 10 weeks of experiment teaching,and at the end of the experiment in prophase and experiment of functional activities of student screening and testing,physical examination project using spss25.0 data statistics and analysis of the test,finally draw the following conclusion:1.according to the results of functional movement screening,the weakness of male and female students is mainly manifested in the lack of lower limb muscle strength,shoulder flexibility,poor body flexibility,and lack of body coordination.Among the weaknesses identified,the two screening indexes of trunk stability push-ups and trunk rotation stability scored the lowest,with an average of about 1.5 points,indicating that it is particularly important to strengthen and improve the core muscle strength and body coordination of students.2.the results of functional movement screening showed that the students were poor in the core stability of the body and the control ability of the whole body muscles,and the asymmetry of the force of the left and right muscles was obvious.3.according to the results of screening,designed the targeted training content and method,in view of the poor quality of training content mainly include strengthening the trunk pillar strength,stable core strength,flexibility,high strength and aerobic training,etc.,aimingat the error action of training methods mainly for rapid expansion composite training,to reduce the practice training conditions combined with the special action.4.the function of the experimental group students after 10 weeks after correction training intervention,the standing long jump before the experiment,the boys average increasing the average scores of 0.18 m,the girl raised 0.14 m,solid ball project are increased before the trial boys average 1 m,girl's grade point average increase of 0.74 m,middle-long-distance projects are increased before the trial boys average 11 s,girl's average score increased 10 s,compared with the experimental and control group before all showed the differences were statistically significant,This indicates that the training method designed for students' weak qualities and wrong movement patterns on the basis of functional movement screening has a significant effect.5.after 10 weeks using traditional training methods of the control group students,physical examination result and functional action screening result were also increased,among them,the standing long jump project a boy a average increased by 0.07 m in the past experiments,girls average increased by 0.06 m,solid ball project a boy a average increased by0.45 m in the past experiments,girls average increased by 0.35 m,middle-long-distance project boys average grades improve 5 s,girls average increased by 5 s.The total improvement was significantly lower than that of the experimental group,and there was no statistical significance.In particular,the score of functional motion screening items did not significantly improve compared with that before the experiment,indicating that functional screening and targeted training have more significant effects than traditional training methods.
