| Sports college entrance examination is one of the means to select sports talents,and it is also the main channel for sports students to enter the university.Sports students need to accept hard training day after day to improve their performance.The technical items of Guangdong Sports College entrance examination are divided into three basic tests: 100-meter run,standing triple jump and standing shot put.In addition,there is a special basic test.The three basic tests have high requirements on the explosive power,speed,strength and other physical qualities of the candidates,which is the key to determine the scores of sports students in the college entrance examination.Through literature review,it is found that bar combination training is a modern means of physical training,the training methods and equipment used are simple and economical,and the requirements are not high.A series of exercises designed by high and low bar combination are used as training means to promote the physical development of candidates.The combination of high and low hurdles plays an important role in improving the athletes’ explosive power,speed,coordination and other physical qualities,but it is rarely used in the training of physical college entrance examination.The purpose of this thesis is to study the effects of high and low bar combination training methods on the three basic qualities of Guangdong sports college entrance examination,so that candidates can make efficient progress in the training,improve the scores of sports skills,and to provide high school coaches and sports candidates in the training period of sports college entrance examination training program reference.The research method of this thesis adopts the method of literature,interview,experiment,measurement,observation,comparison,mathematical statistics,selected Guangdong Shantou Chaonan District Shenxi Mingde School sports students 40,adopt the method of random allocation,arranged the experimental group and control group 20 people,carried out a 12-week experiment.The experimental group adopted the training combined with the bar combination in the traditional physical training method,while the control group adopted the training method of high school traditional physical examination preparation.The experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment three basic quality items(100 meters,standing triple jump,put shot in place)to test the influence of the bar combination training on the physical college entrance examination results.After 12 weeks of training,the results were as follows:(1)After 12 weeks of experimental training,the mean score of 100 meters in the experimental group increased from 12.41 s to 12.09 s,with an increase of0.32s;The average score of 100 meters in the control group increased from12.58 s to 12.46 s,with an improvement range of 0.12 s.The improvement range of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.And P<0.01,the experimental results have a very significant difference.(2)After 12 weeks of experimental training,the mean score of the standing triple jump in the experimental group increased from 8.09 m to 8.52 m,with an increase of 0.43m;The average performance of the standing triple jump of the control group increased from 7.87 m to 7.99 m,with an improvement of 0.12 m.The improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.And P<0.01,the experimental results have a very significant difference.(3)The scores of the experimental group increased from 10.23 m to 10.29 m,although there was a significant difference,but there was no significant difference between the scores of the experimental group and the control group after the put in place experiment,P=0.059>0.05,indicating that the high and low hurdle combination training for improving the performance of the put in place put average.After analyzing the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Adding hurdle combination training to the training of physical college entrance examination can improve the athletes’ physical quality more effectively(lower limb strength,leg explosive power,jumping power,speed,coordination,etc.),thus improving the standing triple jump and 100-meter athletic performance of sports students.(2)The combination of high and low hurdles has the most obvious effect on the standing triple jump and 100 m training,and the performance has been improved greatly.The combination of high and low hurdles training means is effective for lower limb training.(3)The high and low hurdle combination has a general effect on the training of the put in place,with little improvement in performance.The high and low hurdle combination training has a general benefit on the upper limb training. |
